Machining holes and making a custom rear crossmember for my car and they had exactly what I needed at an awesome price. Great place to do business with.

if I may say so, the only negative aspect was that they did not send it directly to me in Italy, but they must have their reasons. For the rest, the spare part arrived well packaged and corresponds to the photos. Really competitive price.

I order driver and passenger carpet set for my 97 Corvette project car. They forgot one piece of carpet I called and let them know. They said they would check on it and get back with me they called the next day and said they took care of the issue and my other piece of carpet was on its way. Excellent customer service!! This business tried taking $200 from me without buyer protection or any ID to make sure i actually got the soft tops i was trying to order. Leaving this review so people know not to send them the money either.

Hi Mia. I would be curious to learn more of your situation. We have had several people with fake Facebook accounts using our name and likeness recently, attempting to scam people out of money. I don't have all of your details, but we ONLY sell through our website or through eBay, and no one on our staff should have been asking you for money. So if you happened to be talking with someone on Facebook messenger and not the secure chat on our website, and they asked you for money, you were getting scammed and you made the right decision! If this is the case, I would like to get any information you may have. I have been in contact with Meta many times regarding this happening and am struggling to get them to take down the fake pages. If you have any screen shots or information that would help, could you kindly email them to me at david@jnjoh.com. I would really appreciate it!

We lost a mirror unfortunately, and had a hard time trying to find another one until we found J&J! We received our new mirror very quickly. Had to try and match up a Ram15 ABS module. New parts do not exist. Part numbers are non existent. A lot of codes but no matches. Even among my fleet of Rams, all the numbers are different. J&J had the closest match in model, year, and trim package to my truck and I ordered the part. It came with the pump, mounting bracket, and module. More than I needed but it will go in my parts stock. The module worked great. A little programming and it was perfect. No more codes and not even a VIN mismatch. Great job for J&J! I will look to them first for any parts.

I ordered a rear view mirror for my 2003 Hummer H2 a new one would of cost $300 plus I got one from J&J at a fraction of the cost, it looks brand new not a mark or blemish on it, I installed it turned the vehicle on and it works perfectly, definitely my go to place from this moment on..

I dont do reviews, just not that deep into it but……Found seats for my 94 caprice… and these were so mint 💯. Came in a timely fashion, even called a to double confirm the shipping address. Tried to purchase from their FB page. When asking for refund they ended up blocking me. These guys are pretty deceitful. Avoid at all costs. I’m sure this google review won’t do much to get my $150 back but if I can help someone, it would be worth it. I’ve got the whole thread saved.

It is extremely unfortunate that this has happened to you. This was not our company that you spoke with. It has come to our recent attention that there are 10 fake accounts on Facebook, using our likeness and photos with the intent of scamming people such as yourself. Facebook is not a marketplace we sell on, nor do we spend very much time on it making social media posts, etc. This week we have had an absolute explosion of calls with people complaining about the same situation you have been placed in. We have filed every bit of reports we can on Facebook, we have talked with live agents and today was actually able to even have a live video screen share call with a Facebook employee in regards to getting them removed. Unfortunately we still have yet to see them take action. We have even went as far as reaching out to the fake accounts directly and asking them to do the right thing and remove them, and their response is that they will if we pay them. Would be happy to share all the correspondence I have on the situation to verify the truth and would love nothing more than to bring these criminals to justice. I'm sure there would also be information you could share with us as well that could help our plead with Facebook in getting this resolved. We would be eager to discuss it further with you and even fight for you to get some sort of reconciliation if you so desire.
