We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience with our booking process didn’t meet your expectations. While we understand how frustrating price changes can be, we’d like to clarify a few important details for transparency — both for you and for future travelers.

At the time of your initial inquiry via Instagram, you were browsing our availability through our online reservation system, where our soft-top convertible Jeep was listed at $99.99 per day. Although you did not secure the booking at that time, we actually offered you a 15% discount right then — even before any price changes occurred.

As is common in the travel and tourism industry, rental prices are dynamic and may increase based on demand and availability — especially for high-demand models like convertibles. When you reached out again several days later, the price had increased due to seasonal demand. Still, we did our best to accommodate you again by offering the same 15% discount on the updated price.

Additionally, we offered you other available Jeep models that were still priced at $99.99, and even extended another discount to bring one of them down to $89.99 per day — but unfortunately, these alternatives were not accepted.

We truly understand that planning a trip involves many moving parts, and pricing fluctuations can be frustrating. That’s why we always encourage our guests to secure their rate as soon as possible. Our goal is always to be transparent, fair, and helpful throughout the process.

We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to serve you in the future under better circumstances and show you the level of service so many of our guests enjoy.

At Jeep Adventures Puerto Rico, we are a veteran-owned, locally operated business that takes pride in promoting responsible tourism and respecting all local and environmental laws. We do not encourage or condone illegal activity of any kind, including driving on beaches — which is clearly prohibited and something we actively discourage with all our clients.

It’s worth noting that this person operates a business within the same tourism industry, which raises serious concerns about conflict of interest and intent to harm a local competitor's reputation rather than engage in a good-faith review.

We encourage all guests and future visitors to verify facts and experiences from actual clients. Our commitment has always been — and will continue to be — safety, legality, and respect for Puerto Rico’s natural beauty and community.
