Javier and his team was amazing! They removed popcorn ceilings in my home, repaired poorly installed drywall by the home builder in the mid 1980s, refloated, sanded and painted all ceilings, trim, and a few walls in my home. They were spotless in their cleanup, and the results exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend J&E Contracting and Painting and would definitely use them again.

His quality and attention to detail are unmatched, and his pricing is hard to beat. My sister recommended Javier very highly!!! I am Honestly very blown away by the quality of work from Javier and his team they, repaired water damaged drywall in my house and painted 3 rooms. They made sure to cover everything they did a great job painting! All damage was completely gone like it was never there I will use him again soon in my new house.

They were very flexible with any changes or additions we wanted. We loved the end product and it came at a good price point for us. I had a rental property with peeling paint in a bedroom ceiling. I initially contacted Javier to assess the situation and repair it and he went above and beyond my expectations. He diagnosed the problem as a small leak in the roof and went about fixing that, testing it to make sure the leak didn't reoccur and then he did a beautiful job, patching sanding and painting the ceiling such that I cannot even tell where the repair occurred. I would highly recommend him as he was more than easy to work with, very communicative, and very fair on his pricing. An important consideration for me was that he was able to do this within a timeframe of three days prior to my next guest arriving. I am so appreciative to Javier for all his excellent work. Javier and his crew were amazing. I was getting my house ready to put on the market and needed my decks stained but initially thought I could avoid repainting the interior. My agent convinced me otherwise and I am so glad he did! He connected me with Javier and the outcome is a sparkling new home. Javier is a kind, fair person and his prices reflect that. Their attention to detail is top notch. He worked with my somewhat tricky schedule (working well past normal business hours one night) to get things finished in a timely manner, which ultimately made an inherently stressful process less daunting for me. I contacted J&E contracting because I had a leak and due to no plumbers being available for weeks. It ruined part of the ceiling and the plumber had to cut out the sheet rock. I first called and spoke with Javier who asked me to text him pics etc. he got back to me the same day. I sent him pictures of what needed to be done and he was very detailed about the questions asked me. This told me he was very serious about taking this job because I reached out to another company (Alcaraz) and sent them all the same info and they ghosted me but, I'm glad they did. Anyway, once we set the date and time he was super communicative, the whole time. He showed up on time with all of his materials ready to work. Once the hole was covered he even went to Home Depot to get the exact color paint for my ceiling. I felt very comfortable with Javier who was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I feel I received a fair price for the work that was done. He definitely went above and beyond and I can't even tell where that hole was before, he did a great job and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I'd most definitely hire him for any work I need in the future.

Can't recommend. I spoke with Javier by phone and explained the issue on which I needed help. He asked me to text him pictures and my address and he would come by the next day to give an estimate. I sent all the required information right after our call and never heard from him again (as of the date of this writing, it has been over a week since the date he was to come by and give an estimate).

My home has a very low level of basidiospores typically found outdoors, inside according to an air quality test. This could be due to rotting wood. Great there is no toxic mold. Anywho, I called and spoke with Javier. He was to get back to me and did not. If you can't or do not want a job, do the respectful thing and return calls to say that.
