El manager es una persona muy grosera, se llevaron mi auto ayer porque estaban arreglando nuestra calle y no teníamos parqueaderos disponibles, aún así fui a pagar, fueron 200 dólares, los pagué y al ir en mi auto unos metros adelante me doy cuenta que rasgaron el protector de mi auto y se estaba arrastrando, le hicieron mucho daño a mi auto y al hablar con el manager me dijo que el daño estaba desde anoche que lo remolcaron y que ellos no fueron, al decirle que ellos habían hecho el daño me dio la espalda se fue y me dijo que hiciera lo que quiera sin importar el daño en mi propiedad, ahora no quieren responder por los daños, son unos descarados y además groseros, se debe de hacer algo en contra de esta compañía, porque leyendo las reseñas anteriores veo casos de muchas injusticias.

This company is predatory. London Towne is doing asphalt repairs this week thus making parking extremely difficult. They knew this and came in and towed all cars ALTHOUGH THERE IS NO PARKING due to Asphalt repairs. Claiming that the HOA told them to tow the cars. I understand doing your job but this was pure scum considering the parking situation London Towne has due to the repairs. They also do not understand towing laws.

These people are the scum of the earth. Towed my car from my own apartment. 200 bucks to get it back. All because my registration is less than a month overdue.

You stole my vehicle at 5:30 in the morning, then extorted $230 from me to get my own property back. Parasites. Thieves. Judgement Day will be brutal for your kind.

They are predatory practice for towing cars i hope with the new bill law on this july make change on public side and not for this towing predatory companys

An employee lied about their towing policy and it cost me $200. Nothing was done to resolve the issue.

Poor customer service, I called Jdr towing to ask a parking question and the guy was so poorly educated that he couldn’t even be polite. Instead, He gave me attitude and was rude and just hang up my call. JDR Towing should not advertise that their employees and drivers are nice when they are not. They are just arrogant people.

These idiots just tow people's cars for no reason. I wish I can give them zero rating.They are thieves, never use them for your urgent and legitimate needs.

IF I COULD ID RATE 0 STARS they towed my car while i was there and told me to pay 60 in card or 50 in cash but i pay card and they charged me 50 and also they came earlier. CAME AT 8 SUPPOST TO COME AT MIDNIGHT

Que impotencia que nadie hace nada contra esta compañía son unos ladrones me cobraron 230 por recuperar mi carro el mismo día que me lo llevaron.la persona que me atendió un patan ,inumano y poco profesional sin escrúpulos que trata a las personas tan mal y siendo el dueńo!! … , se puede ver que es una persona tan infeliz que ni el dinero que roba tan descaradamente lo hace feliz parece que disfruta con la desgracia agena .la peor experiencia de mi vida …no se cómo está persona puede dormir tranquila dańando a otros .el peor ser humano , arrogante y carente de empatía precios absurdos y del trato ni hablar. Ojalá alguien un día ponga en su lugar a este tipejo porque veo muchas violaciones especialmente con los precios que está sobre lo normal.
