Jim and his team are a stand up firm! Very strong communication, quick punctual work, with a firm explained understanding of what my avenues were. I was referred to Mr Jim Davis for a complicated case on my house. Prior to that, I had called and consulted 3 other attorneys- one did not respond, one had referred me to two others that were more interested in getting paid upfront with a ridiculous amount of retainer fee before meeting or talk about my case.
Mr Davis, on the other hand was very gracious when he agreed to look at my case, very prompt with his responses on every calls or follow up and meet me at this office to discuss the case. He is sincere, genuine, honest and has a very comforting demeanor. My case is not as financially attractive compare to some of his other cases but he does not make me feel small or unimportant. He cares the same and would tell me if he was not able to help me. He works very hard and even on weekends to get things moving instead of delays so the expenses would not accumulate more than necessary. He was very fair, truly caring and very efficient. He gets things done!
His fee is competitive and worth every dime!
His Paralegal, Kim is the pillar behind his hectic schedule. She is friendly, polite, competent and very helpful with any questions. She is AWESOME!
