Highly recommend this tow truck service. Very reasonably priced compared to others in the area. The driver really knows what he’s doing. My car wouldn’t turn on and couldn’t even be put into neutral, and he still handled it smoothly without causing any damage. Super professional, showed up on time, and definitely someone you can trust.
Such a great experience, as great as getting your car towed to a shop can be. 😂😂 John was very responsive through text, extremely professional and friendly like one of your good friends. I will definitely use JC’s Towing Inc again and pass his info along to anyone who asks for a towing company.

Called early on a Saturday morning when most other towing companies wouldn’t even pick up the phone — this company came through right away. The driver was super courteous, professional, and got everything done quickly and smoothly. He even matched a quote I got from another company, but with a much faster ETA. I called JC’s to tow my jeep that had been sitting for a month at a shop with no resolution. Not only did JC go pick up my jeep… he fixed it! It had been sitting for a month. John had it one day and it’s up and back to being a daily driver. If you’re needing a hard working, reliable, tow; call JC’s. Driver John, dropped me vehicle from flatbed. He said his winch broke. Then he towed my vehicle behind truck driving fast like he was in rush somewhere. My car was violently bouncing up and down. My rear lower control arms & rear shocks took a beating.
I thought he was going to lose my car. Half way threw the tow he lost one of his chains. This Co. has no respect for other's people personal property. He showed up 30 min later then he said he would. Came unprepared without receipt book. Will NOT use again. Do better next time.
At no point was your car dropped, the winch failed during the tow and the car rolled down the bed and was hooked to the rear wheel lift on our truck. When towing with the car on the ground it bounces to the bumps in the road, maybe you can contact Illinois department of transportation if you’re unhappy with the roadways. We provided you service at 3:30am and the receipt was emailed to you the following morning. I noticed that all but 1 of your 15 reviews are negative of the businesses that you use, we have had nothing but 5 star reviews as we go above and beyond to provide good customer service. During your tow over an hour home we provided tips and recommendations on repairs for your vehicle and parked it in a tight spot in your apartment building. At to point was your car in danger or damaged whatsoever. I hope your dissatisfaction with every business you review is resolved.
