Quick, efficient service
I called a few companies when my mums house had an attempted break in. JCarter Locksmiths called me back, apologised for not answering sooner and was with my mum within 15 minutes. He sorted the door, and the back door and gave my mum further advice. I would highly recommend if you need a locksmith in an emergency. I contacted JCarter locksmiths to assist me with whilst I was locked out of my house. Communication was great, easy to contact and job was completed super quick.

Great professional service
We had a front door that just did not open as key just kept spinning. Tried to problem solve ourselves but no luck. This company was recommended to me on our local Facebook page. The reviews were good when I looked them up. I messaged them and had a prompt reply. They both worked together as a team. They were polite, professional and managed to open the front door and change the mechanism and barrel which had broken. Also new handle (our choice) They were very transparent about their pricing and checked with me at each stage of the repair if I were happy for them to continue.

Locked out of house
Saturday night and locked out of our new house, called and got an immediate response. Once I’d sent through a picture of the lock, I got a quote and then a speedy arrival at the house. Really friendly and polite guy who gave us some useful advice on locks and doors for the future too. You don’t want to get locked out of your house but if you do, this is as good as it can go!
Fantastic Service!
I needed my flat door lock changing for security reasons. I texted Joel just before 4pm and he replied within a few minutes to enquire about the lock and check he had the parts. He gave me an ETA, arrived promptly and got straight to work, informing me of what he was doing and only changing parts that needed changing. By 5.30pm it was done and I could relax! Joel is the perfect mix of friendliness and professionalism. The price was good value - especially as it was Sunday and he attended so swiftly. I highly recommend JCarter Locksmiths and will use them again.

Door not locking ,and new lock on another door
J carter locksmiths,highly recommended for any door or lock issues ,very prompt service on a out of hours (Bank Holiday) issue with a door that was not locking ,another issue was also delt with that I asked for at the time , very efficient with clear upfront pricing, I would suggest they are your go to for any problems you have ,I will be using them in the future.
