From the beginning of my case, Jimmy was extremely understanding and professional. He exceeded my expectations regarding my case that was ongoing for over a year. He would check-in and set friendly reminders of any and all upcoming court dates explaining any paperwork that wascneeded by a specific date. He is extremely detail-oriented and gives you realistic outcomes on the possibilities of your case, which I needed. I did not want anything to be sugarcoated. Though this was a complicated case, Jimmy was there to walk me through each and every process. He never placed judgement based off my charges but instead viewed me as a fellow human being. He was calm, cool, collected, talked to me for around 25 minutes on his own time, and gave me the advice on what to do and that I may not even need an attorney. And he was right! Jimmy Cha, he is a rare breed and let me tell you why. I needed help and wasnt sure if i needed defending, well my son needed the help. So i left the same message throughout all the area, 5 different crim defense attorneys Each one got back to me and main topid of the call was their retainer. Mr Cha returned my call but his main concern was to tell me hes off work for a while to help his wife with his new baby.It doesnt stop there, he spent an hour talking with me that night. Then he called 1 week later to follow up. This guy is a true stand up guy. His compassion and patience is well worth the cost. He speaks better english than i and im 57 year old 7th generation American... thats rare in this day and state..
