JB Water Well has earned a customer for life! Our water stopped working and we quickly called a local company we heard of who came out and told us we needed a new well which would cost $15,000 for them to do it and got charged a $600 service fee. A friend of ours told us to call JB Water Well and they came out had the same issue getting enough water to come out just like the other company. Today was the day JB Water Well was going to get a plan for drilling us a new well but the owner decided it didn't make sense we aren't getting water and he sent his company out for free with a brand new pipe to make sure there were no leaks in the pipe. We needed a new pump and pipe and even though I was ready to purchase a new well and willing, they made sure to save me money instead of making more. I would highly recommend them for their experience, character and customer service!

We were having problems with our well specifically pressure dropping off rapidly on our tank. Called Friday they came out Tuesday offered to come out sooner, but we were fine. Devon was our service. Technician could have not been more professional and polite. I’ve never experienced that in any trade specialty, we’ve had work on our home. Took him a little more than an hour. It was a pressure switch when I thought it happened to be the tank just fantastic service. You cannot go wrong with these folks

Woke up Sunday with no water so I called the emergency service line. The very kind lady gave me some tips to try and narrow down the issue but to no avail. She set up a service for the next day at 8am. The crew was on time, very professional and explained the service and cost. It ended up being a shorted pump that needed replacement. The entire job took barely a hour to pull the old pump out and get the new one in. The crew then gathered every bit of trash, old tape, etc and left no trace before they left. The new pump is wonderful. I won’t hesitate to call them again and of course I recommend them. They’re local (Luther) and family owned. The pride in workmanship shows. Thank you JB Well Service.

My parents had an issue with their well I contacted JB Water Well and a lovely lady Aubrey answered, I told her what going on and that my parents had no water at this time . She was able to send a guy out. Tony called, said he was on the way . He arrived at the time he said. Super nice and super professional, so respectful to my parents, he had the well fixed in a timely manner. He gave us some great advice the well setup we had. All and all Tony was awesome, we will definitely recommend JB Water Well to everyone !! You guys are awesome thank you for taking care of my parents in the timely manner. TONY DID AN AWESOME JOB!!!

We are currently in the process of having a pool installed on our property. As part of this project, our pool contractor initially planned to run water to the pool house—which will include a full bathroom, kitchen and shower—by tapping into our main sprinkler line. As healthcare professionals and medical practice owners, my wife and I are acutely aware of the health and safety risks associated with using non-potable water (such as water from a sprinkler system, especially when sourced from a well) for domestic use. This raised immediate concerns, as such a setup poses a serious contamination risk and likely violates local building codes and plumbing safety standards. I remembered that JB Water Well had done the original install on our home a few years ago, and we had previously used them for service. When I called their office, the receptionist was very helpful and quickly connected me with her manager. Within the hour, they had a technician scheduled to come out. When the technician arrived, I explained our concerns about the water line going to the pool house and our need to ensure safe, fresh water was being used. His knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. Thanks to his expertise, we discovered that the contractor’s setup was not up to code. JB Water Well corrected the issue by having the contractor install the appropriate piping at the correct depth and also added a proper water pressure system. If it weren’t for JB Water Well, we might have unknowingly used unsafe water in our pool house. It’s reassuring to know there are still honest, competent professionals out there who genuinely care about doing the job right. As a word of advice to anyone building a pool: always double-check your contractor’s work. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, speak up, or get second opinions. Your involvement can protect your family’s health and prevent expensive mistakes down the line. Trust your instincts, stay informed, and work with professionals who value safety and integrity. We are extremely grateful to JB Water Well for their outstanding service and commitment to doing things the right way.

Called in at 5:15pm and the fella answering the after hours phone was very polite and communicated the process well. He said it may be mid day the next day before I could get help. Tony and Jacob were at my house by 9:15am. They diagnosed, repaired the issue, and gone within 2 hours. They pulled and replaced a pump and gave great advice and insight for maintenance and troubleshooting.

Outstanding Customer Service I had a small leak spraying on an electrical relay. A real mess. Tony and Jacob arrived on time, assessed my situation and completed the repair within an hour. They then took extra time with this new home owner (from away) explaining how to maintain my water/well, such as water softener, filters, emergency shut off etc. and filled my salt tank. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I was blown away by his kindness and the time he takes to explain everything. I really thought that this level of customer service was a thing of the past. I cannot say enough positive things about JB Water Well. Gus, Robert, and Curtis are all three wonderful guys to work with. I wish I could recall the name of the person that runs their office, but she is kind when you call and takes your matter seriously. They know what they are doing, are incredibly responsive, and are very fair/reasonable in their pricing. Most recently they were out after what we discovered was a burnt out well pump. They tried to help us troubleshoot over the phone to avoid having to have a service call, but when that didn't resolve it and they were out the same day and got us back up and running. And I will always respect someone who has everything they need on their truck so that they don't have to leave your job to pick up supplies. Thanks for being awesome and taking care of us, y'all!

Called JB with well problems they sent tech out same day and the tech was outstanding. Tony worked his tail off in the rain to get our water back up and going. Won't use another well company moving forward. Highly recommend. Can't say enough of how impressed I was with their tech Tony.
