Alex is very professional, knowledgeable and very experienced. I had a short time window for home inspection and Alex was able to arrange an inspection for Sunday morning before the snowstorm. He was very organized, and provided a very detailed and effecient inspection, pointing out places that would otherwise be missed. In the end he offered a book with how inspection and home works, was very thoughtful. Would definately recommend Alex in a heartbeat!

Alex is a thorough and knowledgeable expert. I actually sought out Alex specifically for a recent home inspection because he had done the inspection for a neighbor of our previous condo and was leaps and bounds better than the inspector I had found at the time (for near identical units in a fully renovated condo, including common/exterior findings). It wasn’t even close at that time, and Alex did not disappoint this time around either.

Alex is very professional and knowledgeable, and he’s done 4 or 5 inspections for me over the past 16 years. He always does a thorough job, and gives extensive reports with lots of photos (which especially helped me with an HVAC issue on my last house). I always feel comfortable asking all my questions & I appreciate that he doesn’t rush me. I can’t imagine finding a better home inspector. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again.

He is professional, easy to talk to and provided clear feedback not only regarding the state of the condo but also how to maintain it's systems. Alex is top notch. I was recommended by word of mouth, so I had Alex do an inspection for us after we closed. He came early and prepared, and walked me through every bit of the property, not just pointing out issues, but describing systems and ways to operate the house well. He delivered the inspection result the same day, and it was concise, helpful, and direct. It also wasn't alarmist - he was able to say which things were must-fix items versus those that are nice-to-have.

Alex had arrived to the property early and had already started his external analysis before I had arrived. The minute I did, he was very welcoming and immediately took me through everything that he had seen. He brought up topics that I was not even thinking of and would conduct a deep dive into anything that he ran into, rather than jump on an assumption. Overall, he opened my eyes to all the repairs needed for the property and I ended up backing away from the deal. I feel that if I did not have Alex conduct this inspection I would’ve been duped. He is worth every cent.
