I called James to look at my ferroli boiler which wasn't working late last night. Early this morning he arrived. James was very honest and informed me that as there were several faults, it would be in my best interest to go to the manufacturer directly as the parts would be cheaper from them. I'm so impressed with his honesty and integrity. James didn't even charge me for a call out fee. I absolutely recommend this company.

Fantastic swift response, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, arrived on time and did a thorough job on the combi boiler and gas fire. Dog friendly too; my dog adored James. The price was very good. If you need a very competent, reliable, friendly, 'gas, heating & plumbing service' then don't hesitate to call James, he'll get you up and running; highly recommended. Top bloke. Popped round to my mums house, sorted the issue there and then with a smile and charged a good rate. Highly recommend James if you want an honest plumber that gets the job done.

Gas Safety check and boiler service.
James replied promptly, quickly arranged to attend the job, did so and completed the work with skill and professionalism. James was extremely affable and a consummate professional engineer.
He worked in a wholly electronic environment, which ensured the provision of swift accurate records and make settling my account very easy.
Leaking tap
Contacted James via telephone explained what was occurring he asked for my address/postcode arranged to come following day. He came as arranged texting me beforehand he inspected my tap diagnosed what was wrong went away and brought back parts that where needed and carried out repair job done .I would recommend James he was fast and efficient a very pleasant lad who charged a fair price
Replacing a broken kitchen tap.
JB Plumbing was brilliant. Fixed the issue in no time. Asked for photos before he visited, provided a quote and turned up with everything he needed to complete the job. He even waited for me to return home from collecting my kids. I would 100% recommend him and I've saved his number for the next time something needs doing. Plus he's gas safe so he can even service my boiler!
