I had an issue with one of the doors which had happened before they came and he kindly got his friend who’s an engineer (Sean O’Connell) to pop in, sorted it out, no charge..much appreciated.

I have booked JB for carpet cleaning in 3 rooms and hallway. Got a discount before they came which I really appreciated.
Jay is friendly and we got along nicely almost the entire time he was here. Even tho he tried to remove all the stains, some of them are still present (coffee stains). Because it was just me and my two toddlers at home, I couldn't move all the furniture out of the rooms but I have removed most of the little pieces. He was kind in helping me move the sofa and armchair back to it's place after cleaning underneath. He wanted to clean under the table without moving it but he did eventually moved it and I am greatful. In two of the rooms, I had to move one small sofa and one chest of drawers after he cleaned the rest of the rooms so he could clean under those too. I have moved them myself which was ok as I didn't expect him to do it BUT he got annoyed when I asked if he could clean under those two pieces of furniture as well. He said: "anything else? I always end up doing more work when I give a discount!" I felt embarrassed and weird in my own house. I didn't want to put him to more work but I imagined that he would be ok cleaning the WHOLE rooms, not just in the middle or around the furniture. Even like that I haven't moved ALL the furniture. Some were fitted to the walls or too heave to move which was fine.
I don't want to leave a bad review but I didn't like how he made me feel. I didn't know that DISCOUNT means LESS cleaning! My husband arrived home towards the end and he said to him "your wife is giving me more and more work!" I want to mention that the "extra" work was about 2square meters. He was probably too tired!
My husband didn't like that the carpets were TOO wet but I don't know if that was normal.
Appreciate the work he had done but I don't think we would ask him to come next time.

Had a carpet clean done for one room and the stairs. Paid £90 and its worse - more dirty than clean now I’m rubbing it again with Vanish after the service , very disappointed.
