Had a carpet clean done for one room and the stairs. Paid £90 and its worse - more dirty than clean now I’m rubbing it again with Vanish after the service , very disappointed.

I am very furious and angry , If I can give zero star I would , messed me about and made me remove all furniture from the room and take a day off to wait . Couldn’t even be bothered to call to let me know that he wasn’t coming . After texting him for an ETA only to be told that he had to go to Liverpool ,even then couldn’t even answer the phone but instead sends a text message. Total lier and time waster , very very unprofessional!!!!

Staff arrived on time. Kept me informed the night before of arrival time.
Staff were very careful of my belongings, checking with me before moving anything.

Absolutely outstanding service! Our carpet was definitely a challenge and Jay did an amazing job and stayed for extra time to insure the quality of the job. Leaving our carpets fresh and clean. He arrived on time with extensive equipment and solutions for the carpet. Highly recommend. He was also such a nice understanding person!
