Absolutely outstanding service! Our carpet was definitely a challenge and Jay did an amazing job and stayed for extra time to insure the quality of the job. Leaving our carpets fresh and clean. He arrived on time with extensive equipment and solutions for the carpet. Highly recommend. He was also such a nice understanding person!

I had my carpets cleaned in 3 bedrooms, landing and stairs. One of the bedrooms had quite a lot of makeup stains which have now been removed:) The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because there were still dust stains around the edges of the carpet which John said he was unable to remove. Overall though John did a great job. He was professional, friendly and respectful. I will definitely be using JB Cleaning Services again and would highly recommend.

What a brilliant service. I was honestly going to rip out my carpets and start again. But now since they cleaned them, they look brand new! Jay worked so hard to remove every single stain and spent hours getting them perfect. He really cares about doing a great job and is friendly, polite and very helpful. I can highly recommend his services and we will be asking him to come back annually now for a refresh.

I had Jay for deep cleaning my carpets in my new property as well as for end of tenancy service . He did an excellent job especially with tough stains . He was very dedicated and determined and didn’t mind waiting long hours to finish his work . Booked with them a end of tenancy cleaning , didn't show up, send a message on WhatsApp asking if they are coming, answer was they forgot to book me in . I need to give house keys to Agency next day. What can I do now? As I was waiting for them to do a end of tenancy cleaning? Not trustful, avoid

Absolutely amazing thorough carpet cleaning by Johnson today, he went over each area several times, let the Stain spray soak in for maximum stain removal. My carpets are dark blue grey but they had a brown look due to my dog always bringing muddy paws in..they have been restored to the original blue grey colour. So pleased with the result...thanks so much Johnson
