Needed a Florida room / pool area done. This company from start to finish was awesome to deal with. No hassle no back and forth just straight business. Check them out and ask for only William and Kelton when you start the project. They showed up on time explained every inch of the process they were going to do and while doing it. Making sure I was knowledgeable in the process and product. Cleaning and clearing everything as they went. Process with this company and team was nothing less than professional. You can call all the others but if you want a solid job and perfection then call Jax concrete coatings. You won’t regret it.
My driveway looks absolutely gorgeous so many compliments from friends and other people just walking by. The two guys that did the job was professional, friendly, and hard working . I was surprised how affordable it was, if anyone is thinking of getting any surface coating done please don't hesitate to call Michael ,he is very nice on the phone and stay in touch with me through out the whole process. The job was clean and fast I really don't have anything to complain about. I am a very satisfy customer. Jax concrete coating is highly recommended by me.

Very disappointed. Salesman said he'd be available during the process, was not. Very sloppy application, didn't protect my property, many stains left behind on my patio stones, application of chips was excessive and went everywhere! Now I'm stuck using chemicals to clean up stains, wiping down patio and front areas and vacuuming multiple areas around my patio. No I'm not happy. No I wouldn't recommend Jax Concrete Coatings. And No I do not expect anyone from JCC to fix this. Should've gone with the other guys.

Absolutely thrilled with my new garage flooring! The transformation is incredible — the floor looks clean, modern, and completely upgraded the entire space. I got estimates from 3 companies. One company came out twice and then never followed up with a formal quote. The 2nd company was so "high pressure" with multiple phone calls, emails and calls from different staff. I really liked working with Eric, he was very attentive to my concerns and followed through with getting all my questions answered. The installers arrived on time and were very professional. They also cleaned up extremely well!
I love our new garage floors and so does my wife!
Friendly professionalism of both management and very well trained technicians. The thorough prep work and application gives me confidence that I will never have to use my long term warrantee. The floor looks beautiful and it is comfortable to walk on. I'm totally pleased with the work of Jax Concrete Coatings.
