I was fortunate to have been referred to Jassim Law by another attorney shortly after my accident. From our initial conversation, it was evident that Pajman was sincere, caring, and had a thorough knowledge of the law. A few months down the road, I realized that he's just plain brilliant - and the opposite of the stereotypical ambulance chasing, attention loving personal injury attorney. He and his wife, Parisima Roshanzamir, also a gifted lawyer, were incredibly generous with their expertise, and always took the time to explain the procedures and answer any questions. During the beginning of the recovery from the serious injuries I sustained, they took an enormous of pressure off of me by handling all the many forms and issues related to the hospital stay and car insurance. When the person who ran a red light and hit me claimed that I was at fault, Parisima made sustained effort to seek out the witnesses and convince them to testify (which place liability firmly on the other party). Proving life impacting injuries was complicated in my case, but Pajman knew exactly how handle it, and the case was actually settled (with the help of an excellent mediator) for more than we expected. Being the plaintiff in a personal injury lawsuit can be grueling, so it is best to have an attorney who is not only competent but genuinely cares about his clients. I will forever be grateful to Pajman and Parisima for their help.

I got outstanding support from the Jassim Law team throughout my case! Even though COVID stretched things out a bit, my lawyer Pajman was always there for me, keeping me informed and up to speed. Pajman regularly touched base to ensure I was getting the right medical care and we were moving forward with our plan. I expected this to be way more complicated, but the team really made it smooth sailing. The best thing is I dealt with the actual lead attorney, this is not a billboard or bus bench advertising firm that assigns your case to a "file manager" - you will be dealing directly with the lawyers who know and understand your case.
