The experience of finding the "Chosen One" was not easy. Our family visited a number of Catteries and finally found ours with Xi Meow. Jasmine was warmth, friendly and patient with us. She introduced all the suitable kittens and also provided detailed information. She was also very professional and prompt in replying when we were processing the transfer of ownership paperwork even after we left her shop with our BSH kitten. Our newest family member definitely brought a lot of joy and happiness in our lives. It was a fantastic process from start to end getting a kitten from Xi Meow Cafe! 😍 Originally during our first visit, we didn’t manage to get the kitten we preferred but Jasmine took the time out to explain further about the breeders, managing kittens which helped us to build confidence in ourselves & trust in Jasmine as well. Cue 2 weeks later when we saw our dream boy, we immediately booked a session to view him and fell in love immediately. As it took some time for us to prepare the house to care for a cat, Jasmine gladly helped us to board our boy before we picked him up the following week. Just yesterday when we pick him up, our lovely boy was really brave and confident which speaks volumes about how the breeders treat their kittens and how jasmine takes good care of them! He adapted on the day itself and is very comfortable with us and his new home! Jasmine was also really sweet and answered all our questions even after picking him up.
