We added an addition on to our home as well as re-doing the existing roof. Jeremy Zobel was amazing. He is very professional and explained all our options and the process. Top notch. They were very patient with us as our General Contractor was not timely at all. Once he got us to the point of the roof, Janney took over and had it completed in 1 1/2 days. Super professional and it looks amazing. Everyone from Dennys our project manager to Annette in the office was great to work with. But the guys who busted their butts on the roof are the heart of the business. They did amazing. Thanks to everyone involved. And it's always great to know we support a faith based business that gives back. Always contract Janney Roofing.

We recently had a new roof installed by Janney Roofing and we are SO IMPRESSED with the process and quality from initial contact to final inspection. The work is solid and the customer care is worth every single penny. Our Sales Rep was Brad J. and he was truly superb! He was incredibly knowledgeable and accessible and definitely not “sales-ey” so don’t worry about that. There was no such thing as a stupid question and he took the time to explain literally everything we wanted to know. He admitted to being an overcommunicator and that sealed the deal for us! We’d rather have check-ins and double check-ins than be left in the dark. We felt so at ease. And, that level of service doesn’t go away once you sign the contract. We were always informed when a new person would be reaching out so we were prepared for any hand-offs during the process. At each tiny step, a qualified and very friendly team member contacts you to hold your hand through the next steps. On the day of installation, our Job Site Supervisor, Dennys S. met us upon arrival and was on site the entire day to oversee the work and update me along the way. If there was anything they came across that required extra materials, he told us straight away and made sure any additional penny was personally approved by us. (We did expect some additional wood materials based on the quality of our old roof so there were no big surprises.) Dennys was fantastic, incredibly communicative and did an amazing job making us feel like we didn’t have to monitor everything (we did not). Brad also reached out on the day to swing by and check everything out. Roofing is incredibly laborious and the crew was awesome - they work super hard and super smart. They were also respectful of the plants in our yard and surrounding area; nothing was crushed and not an ounce of trash was left behind when they pulled away that evening. Even weeks after the installation, I have texted Brad with some follow up questions regarding insurance and inspections and he’s always responsive and incredibly helpful with my inquiries - thank you Brad! If you think their pricing is a little higher than some others (it’s really not by much) there is a reason and it’s worth it. There are no tiers of quality at differing prices, it’s just straight up quality materials - no gimmicks. They are incredibly fair and from what we could see, they care for their staff and everyone seems happy, which is important. You’ll have a team of people ready to answer questions (repeatedly) and ensure you are involved in the process and informed at every step of the way. Oh, and the roof (and the soffits they contracted for us) look fantastic!

I am very pleased with all aspects of getting my roof repaired from storm damage. Paul H was great to work through getting the repair approved and all sales details. Rob H was the on site supervisor/coordinator and was accessible and kept me aware of progress and even headed out to suppliers for a couple items needed to finish the job. He also contacted me the next day to make sure cleanup was satisfactory. The crew worked hard and completed a great looking job in just over one day’s time. And Annette kept me well informed from the office informing me of schedules and always quickly responded to my questions via emails. Janney uses great materials and does excellent installation work! I recommend them for your next roof project!

Justice came by my parents property in Oct 2025, was very nice and knowledgeable with a great personality. Looked at their roof, saw where it needed to be replaced and promised he'll be back. Justice had to go on the roof with the inspector, so the meeting was set and scheduled. My dad called Justice, letting him know the inspector was on the way, my 80 year father was appalled on what he heard next. Some women picked up Justice phone and saying all types of curse words..." He's not F** here" "Nobody's here by this F**in name".... please note this is the same # my parents called to contact Justice at Janney Roofing previously!!! Common sense, if anybody got a new # and was already working with a client, you would reach out to give them your new contact info. If someone had his phone, he never called to apologize about the disrespect or nothing. This has been over a month and thankfully we've had no hurricanes/ heavy rain recently in the central Florida area with the leaks they currently have in their roof. If this is how you all do business with the elderly, then every elderly person needs to be made aware!!!! To be left hanging without hearing from anyone is disgusting and quite sad!!!

Getting a roof with Janney Roofing was an easy, quick, and quality process. Jeremy Zobel, Janney sales rep, gave me a comprehensive quote to replace my old roof. Scheduling with Annette Montanez was a snap. Job site supervisor, Mayker Campos, made sure that the job was completed correctly. All 3 were readily available to answer any questions that I had before, during, and after the job. Mayker sent me pictures while the job was being done, since I was at work. The crew did a great job, and clean up was exceptional. When I came home, I had a beautiful new roof, and the dumpster was taken away later the same evening. I would definitely recommend Janney Roofing for any roofing job!

Janney Roofing is The Best. That's a really bold statement, with so many roofers serving Central Florida, so consider my supporting evidence: Price: I sought quotes from 5 providers, and Janney beat them all by more than $2K (kudos to sales representative Alex Renteria, with an assist to assistant sales manager Chelcey Deese). Performance: The "Elvis" crew was on the job from 7 am to 7 pm (before sunrise and after sundown) on day 1 and back again at 7 am the next day. Site supervisor Dennys Sequera was excellent with communication and progress reports. The best part? A neighborhood contractor congratulated me 2 days later on the new roof. People: I have made a special effort to highlight Janney's people, and for good reason. Special circumstance involving my HOA stretched this project out over 12 weeks, even though actual work totaled only 17 hours. A special shoutout goes to customer service rep Annette Montanez for keeping everyone engaged. Go Solar Bears!
