We had our roof replaced by Janney Roofing and overall the workmanship, communication, and professionalism were excellent. We requested quotes from six different companies and, after doing our research, Janney was the clear choice. Alex provided a thorough and transparent estimate and clearly walked us through the entire process. Mayker did a great job managing the installation and keeping us informed throughout, and Annette stayed in touch with scheduling updates so we always knew what to expect. The crew was respectful of our property, took care to protect everything, and left the area clean when the job was complete. Pricing was competitive, and the value we received for the price paid was excellent. One note for homeowners using the My Safe Florida Home (MSFH) grant program: the payment timeline can be longer than a typical project. Staying in close communication with the office helps keep expectations aligned during that process. In our case, everything was handled properly, and once payment was completed, all documentation — including warranty registration and lien release — was taken care of. Overall, we’re very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the entire team.

We had wind damage to our roof, and our insurance company chose Janney Roofing to perform the repair. The process was very easy, and Janney was very fast and responsive. Throughout the lead up to the repair, they kept us very well informed and on the day of the repair they were very organized and completed the replacement of the entire large roof in one day. They did a great job cleaning up. We would definitely recommend them.

All I can say is, if I could give more stars to Janney Roofing, I would. Let's face it, roofing companies have a "not so good" reputation in Florida, and rightfully so. How many have knocked on your door, despite state law, or left flyers or nagged you on your cell phone trying to convince you to get your roof replaced? A reputable company will not do that! I researched companies for weeks when my son needed a roof last September and Janney came up the winner, hands down. The reviews sold me. They did a fantastic job on his home, so when it was my turn, I called Janney. I am a "nervous nelly" and usually stress over projects like this. I can tell you, I never had any doubt and felt very much at ease with Janney replacing my roof. Darwin Cruz is amazing and spent as much time explaining everything. The job was scheduled promptly and delivery of materials and equipment was on time. The crew of 9 showed up as soon as there was daylight and worked professionally and meticulously all day non-stop until the work was flawlessly completed. I had a great time being there and overseeing the project myself and even after 13 hours of hard work, they were all smiles!! Kudos to my supervisor, Dennys, who ensured everything was done to perfection. Mind you, I am a perfectionist myself, and I was expecting to have to do some clean-up, but there was nothing, and I mean nothing, to do. Not one nail, not one shred of paper or material anywhere!! But best of all, I know I have a high quality roof done right that will last me the rest of my lifetime! Did I mention the price? It was much lower than what I was anticipating. Quality at a great price - what more could you ask for? Hats off to Janney Roofing - you run a "tight ship" and it is very much appreciated. Thank you.

This company has been the absolute best company I have ever dealt with ever. I’m extremely happy with my new roof and the repairs they had to do in the attic due to neglected water damage over the years on this fixer upper house we recently bought. From the very beginning, Paul was professional, kind, and most of all, extremely knowledgeable. He was very responsive and took the time to explain the entire roofing process and made me feel very comfortable by answering all questions or concerns that I had. I would also like to thank Annette M. for keeping me updated with the project plan from start to finish. When it was time for my roof replacement, the crew arrived on time. Mel was very professional and explained to me everything that was going to take place. Nicho and his team were Outstanding! They worked efficiently and kept the job site clean and organized throughout the entire project. The job-site manager, Jessy, was also truly amazing, keeping me informed of everything taking place throughout the process and who clearly cares about the work being performed with his attention to detail. The finished result was just as Paul said it would be… the roof looks fantastic, and the workmanship is impeccable! windermere roof repair Recently my roof was repaired to replace edge caps and a lot of shingles. Janney (James) has done a wonderful job with repairs. James inspected the roof manually and provided a lot of details and provided a better pricing for the repairs as compared to other quotes I had received. I needed to replace my 20+ years old roof. Through the My Safe FL Home program I found Janney Roofing, which was the top‑rated company on the recommended contractors list, and they absolutely lived up to it. James Strickland handled my consultation and follow‑up, explaining every step, material, and cost clearly—no pressure, no up sales. He made me feel so comfortable that I didn’t even seek other quotes—and the coffee mug and glass with the Janney logo were a fun bonus. The best part is that he personally dropped off all the necessary documents at the HOA's office, which in turn approved the repair in 2 days. Supervisor Mayker Campos and his crew arrived early on installation day, worked efficiently, cleaned thoroughly, and finished the entire roof in one day. Annette Montanez in the office was excellent as well, communicating clearly, coordinating scheduling and payments, and even answering questions after hours. I’m extremely impressed with the professionalism of everyone at Janney Roofing. Highly recommended.

I am giving this 5 star review for the outstanding service provided by Janney's Account Manager James Strickland. My 20+ year roof at Ocoee needs replacement. Janney was contacted by my property manager there and James came out promptly and provided a quote with detailed pictures and notes. Since his first visit, James came out onsite several more times to address questions I have on the roof, showing both the expertise and professionalism. Despite some technical gap arising more from our HOA's very restrictive shingle color requirement and Janney's product lineup, my roof project is yet to complete (and likely by other vendors for warranty reasons), I want to commend James and Janney for their great customer care.
