Since our unit is due for a complete replacement, we plan to use J&M again for the job because their pricing is quite competitive.

I turned on my AC unit yesterday after having it off for months and it did not come on. My house was 85 degrees! I called J&M cooling in the morning, they responded right away, came by my house at 11, and fixed the problem which was caused by another maintenance person free of charge! House is now a cool 78.

First heat wave of the year and our AC stopped working briefly yesterday. We reached out to Mike and he was able to set us up with an appointment quickly to see what was wrong. He was professional, friendly, and thorough. He was able to make a quick repair and gave us some recommendations to help keep our home cooler. Jason and Mike are truly the best. Their work is honest, professional, and they made the entire process feel comfortable—like working with people you’ve known forever. I call for a 2nd option and then had them do the work as they were able to move things around to accommodate my travel schedule. They came on time, with a whole crew, and replaced my duct and air flow system. The last 2 AC companies just wanted to sell a system, and not fix the problem. J&M took the time to explain and fix the problem. With all the "fly by night" companies out there, its hard to know who to believe. These guys did a great job, fair, clean, and I feel like I can trust them. That's a great feeling! They did a great job! Thanks 👍
