Fantastic service, took down 3 large trees, cut them all into firewood rounds, put the branches through their chipper and used a leaf blower to clean up. Actually left my yard looking better than when they got here.

I had just planted 11 fruit trees the day prior to Jake showing up to cut down a large maple tree. I had planted them directly around the tree. I should have waited, but I didn’t. However, not a single branch on my fruit trees were damaged! I’m not sure how they did it, but they did.

I have several very large trees on my property. A large portion of one of the huge multi-trunk maples near my house fell and damaged the deck. If more were to fall, it would hit the house.
I hired Jake's Tree Service after getting a few estimates and he did a great job of removing the hazardous tree. I also had an arborist look at the trees around my house and he recommended removal of some of the other big-leaf maples around my house that he deemed hazardous so I hired Jake's Tree Service a second time to remove several more hazardous trees.
Both times his crew expertly removed the trees, taking care not to damage existing plantings below and leaving the site clean. Reasonable pricing, great cleanup, easy to work with and good communication. I recommend Jake's Tree Service.

Jake and crew did an excellent job. I had them on a steep hillside trimming large branches to improve my sound view. They had to walk over a 1/4 mile on railroad tracks to get to the location. A lot of tree guys wouldn’t do that but Jake did not hesitate. They even worked on Sunday for there are less activity in the area. Jake was very fair on his prices. I highly recommend Jake’s Tree Service.

I had a large project at my house that I have been planning to have done for some time. I gathered several wires from local companies. Jake was not the cheapest, but he was far from the most expensive.
Jake came out and spent a good amount of time talking about the project. He was very friendly and very receptive to my ideas. He listened to my vision for the project asked questions and made suggestions for how my vision might be improved. His arborist, Irus, had many great suggestions to improve the plan and explained the reasoning behind those suggestions in a way that was easy to understand.
Jake and his crew showed up on time and got right to work. They were careful to avoid damaging any of the plants, shrubs or structures in the area.
Irus had a suggestion for an additional area of my yard they could clean up for me and gave me a very good price for that project at well.
Once they completed the job, they spent a good amount of time doing cleanup, and worked past dark to get it finished up. I was very happy with the work and with how well they did the cleanup.
I’ll definitely have Jake and his crew out for my next tree project.

Jake and his crew removed trees from both our front and back yards. They were friendly, professional and came in with the best pricing. They were careful, safe and cleaned up after the job. We had Jake's Tree Service remove two Holly Trees, one Maple, 4 Arborvitae and one humongous Black Walnut Tree. They also limbed and cleaned up 3 Pines and a Thornless Honey Locust. They left most everything for us for firewood and cut it all into manageable pieces. They chipped everything else, raked, used a blower and swept leaving our yard and patio in a pristine condition, which couldn't have been easy in our mud-pit of a yard! All this in one day and at an unbelievably low cost. Best quote we got, by far!
Jake, the Foreman, provided strong leadership without micromanaging Crew Members. He demonstrated excellent organizational skills and time management and effectively coordinated the job for optimal efficiency.
The Crew displayed technical expertise, physical agility, maintained high safety standards at all times and showed positive team dynamics for the entire time on the job.
They were professional and courteous to myself and hubby and communicated all parts of the process clearly to us. The quality of their service exceeded our expectations.

I highly recommend Jake for any tree services. His work is incredibly neat and thorough, and his pricing is very competitive with no hidden surprises. I was particularly impressed by his honesty; while working, he noticed one of our trees wasn't healthy enough for pruning and removed that line item from the bill even without my asking. His punctuality and communication throughout the estimation and job process were excellent. I will definitely hire him again and recommend him to all my friends.

I needed an old English walnut tree taken down. It was a bit more than i could handle due to nearby power lines and my neighbor's property, so gave Jake a call. Jake gave me a quote, showed up when he said he would, and got the job done quickly. He left the property cleaned. I will definitely call him again when it's time to take down that 80 foot spruce.

Jake is friendly and easy to work with. He came and assess the work I needed done and was quite reasonable. We agreed on a time/date to complete the project, Jake was prompt and knowledgeable, competing the pruning with his helper quickly, cleaning up all debris and sweeping the area. We would highly recommend Jake’s tree service. We are retired, so we have a lot of time to get estimates and do research. This company is a great choice. Communication is awesome. Always returning our calls, yes we ask a lot of questions. They were on time, did exactly what we wanted and kept asking us should we continue or do something different. The tree looks great and I would hire them for the cleanup of the yard. Again Thank you Jake.
I needed a dead tree taken out, so it wouldn’t land on a neighbors property. He showed up exactly on time for a bid, The best price by far of the three bids I got. The tree came down in a very careful manner. I didn’t request any cleanup, but the tree sections were all in a pile, and the branches were in a different pile. I was very happy with their work.
