Darren was awesome. J&A was responsive and incredibly efficient. We were freezing because our furnace was struggling. They answered after hours to help us diagnose what the problem was. Darren was easy to communicate with from his original call, to the update text, to the diagnosis of our furnace issue. He was clear and concise. The idea for a membership that includes visits and checks for electricity, heating, cooling, and plumbing is invaluable, especially to a new homeowner. Thank you Darren and J&A!

J&A is great. Our furnace was out and they gave us an appointment the same day. Rock was so nice, polite and provided awesome service. He fixed our furnace and got our heat back on quickly. Highly recommended!

Nate did an awesome job replacing my parents water tank Since I live several hours a way it is hard for me to take care of them. This is our second time using J&A and it’s been awesome. Nate was professional, courteous, and dealt with my parents who can be a lot Nate was awesome Thank you

Rock came out and did an excellent job checking my AC systems and topping off the refrigerant. He was thoughtful in how far he filled it, taking into consideration how the weather might affect the readings and didn’t attempt to overcharge me by putting in more than was necessary. So far all my interactions with J&A have been characterized by transparency and professionalism
