House buying is no doubt stressful especially when buying your first home and Tammy made sure the process was as smooth and seamless as possible. First off, she knows the current housing trends in the Boerne area. She listened to what we needed in a home and guided us in a direction that met all our needs yet still fit within our budget. We happened to buy a new build and she did a wonderful job advocating for us by making sure everything was done accordingly as well as following up with us even after we closed. Overall, I highly recommend her as a realtor. She is kind, trustworthy and an effective communicator. She will find the right home for you!

Crystal sold my house and did and excellent job. I had been utilizing another agent and had zero movement on it. She took over and within a month it was sold. Her staging of the house and marketing for open houses were phenomenal. She went above and beyond. She literally helped me clean out the garage and power wash the driveway and walks ways. Highly recommend her.

JPar is a fraud company who pins clients in even when they are not comfortable or happy with the service they are receiving. Never sign a contract with them because they will not let you out. They do not care about the client they only care about getting the deal done. Use someone else don’t use JPar

If you're selling a house or buying a house, do not use the agent. There is not even an office number to call. The only number you get is a general number, and if you need to get a hold of anyone, you have to leave a message or email them at a support number, which I hope they will contact me back they will not. I needed help on my house 🏠 and the way it worked is the agent that sells you the house or you buy the house. The agents hold the files and record for the house. Example: I brought a house which the seller was jpar. I had issues with the house and needed information on general information, and it took me 3 months to get all the information I needed. I needed to take a day off to go to the office because their is no direct office number. Just to be told, anything I need would be the agent that was selling / buying the house. She has all the files, and they couldn't look up any number or information on the house, and the kicker was the agent quit. So I was told there was nothing to be done. I had to go to the website and click on the request agent, and I had to put a detailed message on what was going on. It was really sad.

I am here to shout the highest praise to Ms. Yvette Escobar! A little history.... I was completely lost when it came to trying to start the process to buy my 1st home. I was pointed in the direction of Ms. Escobar by a dear friend and colleague of mine. When I first contacted her, I knew by her energy that we were like minded and would be great fit and it turned out to be true! She worked extremely hard to show me listings and worked around a somewhat unflexible schedule I had. She is informative, punctual and made the process waaaaay more easier than I thought ! Spoke to realtor agent Jacob R and agreed to meet on 5 July at 10a.m. He asked me to send him a list of homes I wanted to see. I reached out this morning to confirm that we're still meeting and where we're going to meet. No response from him. I text several times and called him a couple of times. I don't live here in San Antonio. I'm from El Paso so I can't just drive down when ever. This was planned. Very disappointed with this agent.
