I had my lash lift and tint done by Jules and I couldnât be happier with the results! She made me feel so comfortable the whole time and explained each step so I knew what to expect. I came here back in June for masseter botox for bruxism and tmj pain issues. I had just moved out here and needed a new provider for these services. The facility is lovely and the front desk staff friendly.
Injector Cassandra immediately made me uncomfortable by asserting that i must have parasites. Not that it's anyone's business but i grind my teeth due to anxiety and severe PTSD due to trauma and chronic illness and work with my medical team to address these issues. I don't appreciate unsolicited medical advice and definitely did not appreciate being told, especially as an Asian woman that i should stop eating soy. She then told me i needed to take herbs to cleanse myself of these parasites she was so sure i had despite being in the room for 2 mins.
While uncomfortable i had seen she had great reviews and just wanted to get the injection done with. I have had masseter botox done many times and it was never as painful as it was with Cassandra. I later bruised heavily which i had never with previous injectors.
During the injections i made the mistake of mentioning my husband's work in aviation, she began talking about aliens. She also touched my ear Jewelry unprompted as i have stretched ears and began talking about how she works with a derm who closes them. I'm quite happy with mine and do not appreciate the suggestion of unwarranted plastic surgery.
I thanked her for her time and sped out with my husband because i was nearly in a panic with how uncomfortable i was with her. I figured fine, she's a little unprofessional but she must at least be good at her job right?
Well I'm almost exactly a month out from the injections, and have had no relief. I'm now having unusual twitching and trembling all along my masseter and around my jaw that I've never experienced with other injectors. I haven't stopped grinding my teeth like i usually do. I didn't even consider going back for a touch up because i was so freaked out at the last visit.
I've booked in a consult with an actual doctor to see about correcting this issue.
Mostly I'm mad at myself for trying to save money with their botox special and subjecting myself to this hack job in the hope of some relief.

I canât thank Cassandra Trimarco enough! Over a year ago, she told me I should dissolve my jawline filler instead of getting masseter Botox every few months. I wish I had listened then, but Iâm so glad I finally did. Wow, what a difference! My face looks more natural, my jaw feels better, and Iâm not stuck in that constant cycle of treatments anymore. She truly knows her craft and it shows in her work. Sheâs honest, caring, and makes you feel so comfortable in her chair. If it wasnât for her, Iâd still be wasting money and never getting the results I wanted. Cassandra truly changed the way I feel about myself. đ
JUST DO IT. I am 61. I looked (notice the past tense) every day of 61 until now. I did everything they suggested. I was thrilled the day after and it just got better. Very little bruising and I am usually a banana. I went for my 2 week check up yesterday. They could have convinced me to do more and they simply said...You look perfect for your age. That will keep me coming back. That and the fact that I am now ´proofed' for senior discounts will keep me coming back! haha. I love Lexi and James. The entire staff is warm and inviting.
I had an absolutely terrible experience. Firstly, I made it very clear that this was the first time Iâve ever tried filling my lips. I asked that they not be obvious but enough that folks would wonder if I had it!
Firstly, the technician was not nice, never smiled, no small talk to relax you and had terrible breath! When I asked if I could look in the mirror halfway through, she blatantly said âwe donât do thatâ. When I asked if there would be extra filler for someplace else since I wasnât inflating my lips so much, again she said âwe donât do that we use a full Weilâ.
I would think that anyone would agree that This procedure is already not comfortable, the last thing you need is an experience with a rude, smelly breath, technician who doesnât let you see the results at any point until sheâs done doing what she wants to do.
Dangerous even.
