I don’t normally write reviews but I had to with such wonderful service from Jakobsen Restoration. I had a roof leak. Nick Brooks was my Project Manager for the job. He came highly recommended to me from my friend. Nick is so professional, smart, kind, a lot of patience, worked with Intregrity, returned my calls promptly, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with him. The whole team work was fabulous. Jacob was also wonderful to work with and assisted with explaining everything to me!! Grateful I chose to work with this team. I was so pleased with Nick and team, that I also had Jakobsen handle the repair and schedule the reconstruction!! They were also a great help with dealing with my insurance company! Relieved to have chosen such a professional company!!

Nick, the Project Manager, was incredible—professional, kind, patient, and always responsive to my questions. He went above and beyond to help with my roof leak repairs. The whole team was fantastic, and Jacob was equally amazing, patiently addressing my many concerns. The workmanship was top-notch, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I’m so thrilled that I’ve decided to use their reconstruction department as well. Highly recommend Jakobsen Restoration! Thank you all so much!

After three months of nightmare renovations and finally moving back into my home in San Diego, I thought I was finally at the finish line. My brand-new walk-in showers had just been installed, and I couldn't wait to use my master bathroom again. The very first night I used it... my entire bathroom flooded. Water even poured into my living room on the second floor. It was late, and all I could do was clean up as much as possible and hope for the best. I contacted the installers immediately, and they recommended Jakobsen Restoration to assess the damage. Nick, the Project Manager, reached out to me the very next morning--and from the moment he called, everything changed for the better. He's an absolute professional and genuinely cares about his customers. I was stressed and upset, but he reassured me that everything would be taken care of. He walked me through the process, answered every question, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Truly one of the easiest people to talk to during a situation like this. The technicians--Marlon, Jacob, and Oded--who came to set up the drying equipment were also incredibly kind, respectful, and thorough. They treated my home like it was their own and made sure all the work was done properly and professionally. What a great team. I highly, highly recommend Jakobsen Restoration. They turned a disaster into a manageable situation with empathy, efficiency, and top-tier professionalism.

I can’t say enough good things about Jakobsen restoration. From start to finish their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely caring after a fire. They showed up right away, assess the damage and walked me through every step of the restoration process. Their attention to detail was incredible Alejandro treated my home as if it was his own. The crew worked efficiently,kept everything clean and made sure I was informed and comfortable the entire time. What could’ve been a stressful, overwhelming experience turned into a very smooth recovery thanks to Alejandro and his team. Plumbing issues are never fun - and having your plumber advise you to bring in 'restoration help' is even worse. After the initial shock, the experience was amazing. Jacob did an amazing job. Upstairs bathroom leak causing additional damage to the kitchen ceiling. Jacob's work was professional & respectful of my home - the damaged drywall and floorboards were removed with no dust/mess; he explained what he was doing (and why) every step of the process. If I have water damage again - I will definitely request Jacob from Jakobsen Restoration!

We had a water leak in our bathroom and needed some help as soon as possible. I called Jakobsen Restoration and was put in contact with Alejandro. Alejandro was so pleasant to work with. As it was our first leak in this house since we moved in, we were devastated on the extent of damage. Alejandro helped guide us through this project each step of the way with constant communication. We had two leaks that caused water damage within four months of us, owning the house, and I found Jakobsen through a web search and have not regretted it since, from Alejandro helping me navigate Insurance claims and the water mitigation portion to Larry our project manager handling all reconstruction and rebuilding and being available at all times of the day and addressing all concerns, l have. I would use them for a third time if we have any water leaks and recommend them to everybody. They were truly the best and most patient with us and our kitchen and bathroom looked better than when we bought it!
