This is genuinely one of the best Turkish restaurants I have visited in London! The atmosphere, food presentation, and service were simply outstanding. Every dish was incredibly juicy and tender, and the portion sizes were wonderfully generous. A special shoutout goes to Zilan and the rest of the lovely staff. While I am not entirely sure I caught everyone's exact names, I believe I was also helped by Illari, Danyan and Ana or Lana, who were all absolutely wonderful. I will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend paying them a visit!

Wonderful Turkish restaurant! The meat is very tasty and juicy, cooked on the grill with a wonderful aroma of spices. The salads are fresh, varied, and perfectly complement the main dishes. The portions are generous, the service is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. My experience at the Izgara Finchley Restaurant to attend my sister-in-law's 60th Birthday party on Saturday, 30th May 2026, was truly amazing. The food was flawless, because my dish of Chargrilled Lamb with Rice and Salad, tasted succulently and was bursting with flavour, flavour and was vibrant. The staff were impeccably dressed in matched uniforms and each wearing a Pink Tie. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and proactive. Food was ok, the meat was fresh, some of the salads were not home made like the hummus. The waiters were really nice, but not experienced, could not tell what are the dishes ingredients, which is basic for a waiter, and forgot to bring what we asked for. I am far from a 'regular' in Izgara but have been to the restaurant quite a few times before, always praising the establishment. Last night felt like we were served by a very pleasant set of amateurs, with none of the waiters being aware of who had ordered what in the party of three, randomly (and incorrectly) placing all the dishes in front of us, bringing the wrong drinks, etc. A touch disappointing. Where the food is normally outstanding, it was OK.
