We recently had our main bedroom renovated which involved repositioning a section of wall, a new ceiling and electrical work. We discovered that Ben is a great listener and a caring human being. He took the time to understand what we wanted then did a fabulous job, all for a very reasonable price. I received all round excellent service from Ben at Ivers Construction Solutions. From first contact, he was responsive and was able to come by and view the job and provide a clear written quote within a good timeframe. He then commenced and completed the project in a excellent timeframe. He communicated clearly about what was going on (eg deliveries expected, days that work would be undertaken). The site was left tidy at the end of each days work. I am very happy with the finished work - removal and replacement of the previously old rotten fascia's on the west side of my townhouse, and removal and replacement of the old deteriorated outdoor eave sheets. The colour matching of the fascia is fabulous and the eaves are neatly painted. I would highly recommend Ben for any construction projects.
