Working with done for 7+ years and it is so easy to book, so timely, very communicative, and the technicians are always amazing, helpful and trying to help us get the best deal and learn how to manage different issues on our own. Today we had Terry and Donovan out to do a bathtub repair and it was so easy, they were so kind and the work is perfect! Thanks Done! We also chose to become care club members and the savings are so worth it!
We had s sewer smell throughout our home and could not figure out the source. Done sent out a tech within hours and within minutes of his arrival, he identified the problem. He was friendly, kind and incredibly helpful. Done will definitely be our go-to plumbing company from now on!

I had a water heater that kept flipping the GFCI outlet. A technician came out and said the problem was the blower motor on the water heater, which we could replace for $800+, but he recommended replacing the entire water heater as it was 9 years old. His estimate was $7000+ for a water heater with a 6 year warranty and $9000 for a unit with a 10 year warranty. When I asked for an itemized estimate breaking down labor and the cost of the water heater they refused to provide it. They said that is not how they do business. These quotes seemed very inflated to me.
I declined their estimate. I replaced the GFCI outlet myself (20 minutes and $30) to see if that would solve the issue and so far no more problems.
Out of curiosity, I asked for a quote from a different plumber, and the total was $3,250. The estimate was $2000 for the replacement water heater with expansion tank and $1,250 for approximately 4 hours of labor.
I really feel like DONE! thought I was desperate to have it replaced immediately and was trying to gouge me. Horrible business practice.
My family has found our Plumbing Company. The young man that serviced my kitchen drain was more than we could have hoped for. Polite, thorough and genuinely cared to instruct us on how to maintain our systems. We will not call anyone else.
2nd time we were helped, we got a coupon deal and on a Sunday!
It wasn’t a one-time fluke! They truly are the best!
