Excellent service! I couldn’t be more thankful for how quick they responded. PUD called and said I clearly had a leak since I went through A ton of water in the last 24 hours. My main line from the street broke and they were out there in record time, no joke probably about 20 minutes! Phill (the plumber that was on site) was very professional and knew his stuff. I’m very thankful for such a last second catastrophic fix. Great company and excellent employee, thank you Phill!
This is the second time I used About Plumbing and they have been great both times. This time it was to clean our tankless water heater. The price they charged was about 1/2 of what another plumbing service had quoted us a week ago.

We had other plumbing companies come in to give us estimates on changing out our old piping to updated PEX. Not only was About Plumbing the best price, they never once tried to upsell me on anything. We went with them, and were lucky enough to have Tricia and Noah show up to work with us. This team is AMAZING. So knowledgeable, and Tricia even identified a heating problem we have been having but could not figure out what was causing it. Both Tricia and Noah explained the work to me as they went along and kept me informed the entire time. I cannot stress enough how much you want this team working for you to fix all your plumbing problems. Also, About Plumbing has a yearly maintenance program that was only 169.00 but you get 10% off all services, so it more then pays for itself. You would be crazy not to join it, if you need work done.
Well, I am a bit hesitant to rate the service now, as the job is not yet completed. However, what I can say is we live in a remote part of Washington State (Whidbey Island) and it is a BIG DEAL to get anyone for anything to come to your home on short notice. However, today, the day after Labor Day, I called ABOUT Plumbing and they tasked a team to come out this morning, which by Whidbey Island standards is nothing short of miraculous! They identified the likely problem and are ordering parts, so hopefully this tale will end well!
I have had excellent experiences with this plumbing company. They installed a new kitchen faucet and installed a hot water tank. Very professional, reliable and friendly. The lady plumber (Tricia) was amazing! She was knowledgeable and very good communication skills! I highly recommend them!
Recently had to have my backyard faucet replaced. I asked for Tricia again because she is so knowledgeable and does excellent work! Phil came with her and he was very good as well! They had to make an access hole in the house in order to access the pipes and I was impressed with how careful they were to take accurate measurements before cutting. They provided a cover plate (see photo) and the hole was not that big. Excellent work!
August 2025 I had water pressure trouble and Tricia and Noah were able to pinpoint where the leaks were in my house and assure me that the leak was not outside! They replaced all my bathroom faucets and rebuilt my toilet which had both the tank gasket and floor wax seal blown! They were courteous, friendly and professional. They clean up after themselves and do excellent work! They work well together as a team and I will most definitely request them for any future plumbing work. I highly recommend them!

Tricia and her coworker were GREAT! They did an excellent job fixing my kitchen sink. They were very helpful in explaining things to me, too. They also identified another issue that I didn't even know was occurring. Additionally, they gave me a quote on getting my bathroom sink fixed that was $200 less than another plumber quoted me. I have experience with several plumbing companies, and this has been my best experience by far. I highly, highly, recommend them!!
