Scheduling, service and follow up has been very professional and efficient. Bret has been the technician for the past several visits. He is helpful in answering questions and providing information about the systems as well as explaining options. Overall my experience with Island Airco has been excellent and strongly recommend them.
4/20/23- Good service as per above review. Nelson and Dawson were the the technicians today. They were courteous, helpful, responsive to questions about the equipment. I continue to be pleased with Island Airco and would recommend them for HVAC service and repairs.
9/6/23 - Briar responded to the call. Promptly diagnosed problem as leak in evaporator coil. Explained different options available and will prepare proposals for evaluation. In my experience, IA technicians have always been courteous, professional and responsive to my questions.
Prices are competitive and service has been consistently excellent.

Joshua and another technician performed a coil replacement. The work was done professionally and completed successfully. The techs were courteous, explained what work was done, left the work site clean and returned all settings to original state.
As previous visits, I have been very satisfied by the work done by IA service personnel. I can certainly recommend IA for any HVAC service, repair, or installation.

Dawson Williams was the technician who performed troubleshooting on one of our units. Found and rectified the issue. Checked out the other unit and discussed some potential items for future consideration.
As always, the Island Airco technicians have been professional, courteous, and willing to answer questions. Although different technicians are assigned, I have found their work to be consistently well executed and would strongly recommend IA for HVAC work.

Edwin was the technician today for the unit inspection. He was professional, prompt, and thorough in his explanation of the work and results of the inspection.
As always, the Island Airco technicians have been professional, courteous, and willing to answer questions. Although different technicians are assigned, I have found their work to be consistently well executed and would strongly recommend IA for HVAC work.

Service call was made by Dawson. As in the previous experiences, he was punctual, professional, and very helpful. Problems were rectified quickly and effectively. Dawson answered all questions and explained what the issues had been.
As in previous reviews, I recommend Island Airco for HVAC service and installation needs based on 4 years of service experience.

The replacement of old 4-ton unit was scoped out and professionally completed the team of Colton, Rodney and Drew. As in the past the job was done to high standards and executed promptly. Follow-up and minor issue resolution was done quickly and satisfactorily. Will continue to use and recommend Island Airco's services in the future.

As per previous reviews, Island Airco provides an excellent service. Colton did a follow up on the installation and operation of a new unit. As before he was punctual and professional. He explained the operation of the system and answered all questions.
Very satisfied with IA ‘s service and will continue to use them.
