I have done a transfer with Nneka, Alex Dickson with their manager Jeren being involved.
I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided during my recent real estate transaction. Having completed over 20 transactions in the UAE, I found this experience to be the most unprofessional I have encountered.
Specifically, I encountered the following issues:
- Lack of Financial Knowledge: Your team was unable to calculate the payment table. I had to do this myself while waiting at the bank because I received no response for over an hour. This is typically prepared by agents and sent to seller in advance to avoid delays and mistakes.
- Inaccurate Calculations: The service charges and rental reimbursements had to be calculated by myself and the seller because your agents were unable to do so.
- Administrative Errors: Misinformation regarding Power of Attorney (POA) requirements forced the seller to process the POA twice, delaying the transfer by nearly a week.
- Lack of Transparency: I was not informed of the AED 1,850 developer fee for the title deed issuance until the final stage.
-Lack of professional manner: Their agent started to shout on seller and I because we complained on why she doesn't know how to calculate reimbursement's.
The lack of expertise and poor communication throughout this process was costly and time-consuming. While I am not pursuing a formal legal case in Dubai at this time due to the associated costs, I wanted to ensure this feedback was documented.
