We've reached out to Charity a number of times trying to discover what the issues is. Her case was successfully closed a couple of years earlier and we received a 5-star review for which we were very pleased. We don't understand what could have taken place since that time. We have been open to help but have received no response.

We were able to get a very good reduction in the amount owed over a couple of years ago reducing the tax liability by around 96.5%.
The IRS does expect us to continue filing our taxes annually, and if we don't do so, new problems will again occur.
