My mom, daughter, and I did a welding class at Ironwood Studios tonight and had SO much fun! It was definitely a little intimidating at first, but Stacey was amazing and made us feel comfortable right away. She was so patient and helpful, and we had a blast! We got to make these adorable pumpkin candle holders, and I’m honestly pretty proud of how they turned out! 🎃 If you’re looking for something fun and different to do, I definitely recommend checking out Ironwood Studios in Springwater. We had such a great experience!

Came to the studio for a bachelorette trip and had the best time making pumpkin candle holders. Stacey is so cool and a wonderful teacher. Her assistant was awesome as well. I never really gave welding much thought, but now that I’ve done it I’d love to go back for another class! Such a fun experience and the studio was so cute and in a beautiful area.

My daughter and I are recent transplants from Greece and found this business while exploring the area. To then find that they have women only classes taught by a women was such a nice surprise. Overall it was a great experience. Well thought out, organized class that was perfect for a beginner. Highly recommend

Wonderful experience! I’ve been to a good number of craft or skill based workshop and this was one of the best! The atmosphere was so welcoming and positive. I think that’s stems from owner/instructor Stacey who was a kind, encouraging, and patient teacher. Her passion for welding and for teaching it to women in particular was so evident. Stacey even voluntarily snapped pictures and videos of each of us so we could stay focused on our work and still document the experience. Such a pleasant surprise! The space was practical and comfortable. The six person class size was perfect. The project (a plant hanger in my case) was just the right level of simplicity and complexity for a total beginner but I was still able to leave with a completed piece. It had the right number of different components to practice welding as well as the other necessary skills like shaping the decorative pieces. The value for the ticket price was also phenomenal. This studio is a gem!

Our management team recently participated in a leadership retreat at Ironwood Studios, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The welding activity pushed all of us outside our comfort zones, as most of us had little to no welding experience. What could have been intimidating quickly became an opportunity to learn, collaborate, and support one another. Stacey was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and created an environment where everyone felt comfortable trying something new. Throughout the day, we learned valuable lessons about teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and the importance of trusting the process. It was amazing to see our team come together, encourage each other, and leave with a sense of accomplishment! I highly recommend this as a team building opportunity for any group!

I signed up by myself for a Women's Welding Workshop where I was one of 6 other women (including Stacey, the Teacher.) It was a beautiful drive meandering between the Finger Lakes. Stacey was the PERFECT host and teacher. The day was amazing with lots of creativity, good company, a lovely lunch break and the best part is that the rest of the world melted away and not once did I think about anything else. Creativity is good for the mind and is truly self love❤️ I highly recommend trying welding - Yes it’s scary but only until the third time you pull the trigger, I promise! I highly recommend Stacey Mrva and her classes at Ironwood Studios - these classes are literally for everyone, even kids and yes she even has women only classes; for your comfort. You will enjoy this class!
