Absolutely can’t fault this vets, we were introduced to them through cats protection for our kittens, everyone is so warm and friendly and genuinely cares about your pets. Receptionists can’t be more helpful, and all staff we have encountered have been so kind. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thankyou again!

Excellent customer experience from the initial consultation to finally getting Goose home after his op. Not only did they take exceptional care of Goose the took good care of this anxious dog mum too. Becca was fabulous and I was kept informed every step of the way. Thank you from me and Goose.

Been to ironstone vets a few times with my dog Skye this is her second opp she had to have teeth removed plus a lump that had appeared on her back couldn’t be happier with the care and attention they show and the after care from the vets nurses and reception nothing to much trouble plus the place is immaculate I would definitely recommend ironstone vets to anyone

First time visiting these Vets today with my cat Willow. I phoned them at 8:30am spoke to a lovely lady called Lindsey, after explaining everything to her, she got willow registered and in the same day, the care and thoughtfulness of Lindsey on the phone was lovely
Willow has a few ongoing issues and she needs regular bloods tests and blood pressure checks,
I was very anxious about willows first appointment but I can say 100% I didn’t need to be.
Tasha the Vet was very patient and listened and was very caring towards my Willow.
Bloods were taken like a dream and we were on our way after 20mins if that, Tasha and her Nurse were amazing, and not forgetting front of house who were also very welcoming.
All I want is a vet who I can trust with the care of my furbabies and I think I’ve found it with these Vets
I will certainly be recommending you guys to friends and family

Really welcoming and friendly! I had an emergency situation with my cat tonight, who was breathing heavily, drooling excessively, and generally very lethargic and unwell. Ironstone Vets stayed past their closing time to make sure we got a thorough consultation and didn't rush us out the door despite the late hour. The team were extremely understanding throughout and clearly cared about getting my cat properly looked after and comfortable. Can't thank them enough and would definitely recommend to anyone in the Middlesbrough area looking for a vet who goes above and beyond.

I brought my dog in and he had cherry eye and something was causeing it so ultra sound and eye out and mass cut out and he came home and managed to pull stitches out and was straight in and restitched and home again. I will be forever grateful to Vet Rob and staff as I really thought I was going to loose my boy and I do feel like Ironstone have gave me him back and the staff have showed such compasion during his ops that made the ops bareable.
I Would'nt go anywhere else just wish they were 24/7 amazing practice.

Great place, plenty of parking, fantastic staff - Great service. I have two cats on the pampered puss plan, regular check ups, flea'd, wormed and vaccinations all included. Great value too. Would recommend 🐈⬛

I could not be happier with the overall care and service from start to Finnish also the charges were very good ,what I was so happy about is they dont push unwanted and needed treatment and medicines unlike many vets push you to spend more and more .I am now going to register my 3 dogs.

I used ironstone for 2 of my cats the service and treatment we received was 2nd to none, from the first phone call to leaving we were given 1st class treatment, I was listened to and time was taken during appointment. Always a great experience, staff are lovely, seen on time and always plenty of appointments available! Care at appointments is always quick and professional for our nervous cat. Would highly recommend! Prices not bad either.
