Brandon and I.R.M Inspections were awesome. I hired them to inspect behind a contractor doing repairs and renovations at my home. Brandon is very knowledgeable and detailed. He was complimentary of the contractors work when it was done right but he made it clear when they missed the mark. He provided a full written report, made very detailed notes along with printed pictures, moisture meter readings and thermal imaging to document why tweaks in the work they did were needed. Brandon was quick to note that it was a fairly large project and that he believe these were honest mistakes but needed to be addressed. I called the contractor and he is making the necessary corrections. Brandon was extremely helpful in me making sure all the work was done right and helped me avoid future problems. He was well worth what he charged me and then some. He’s also personable and just a good guy all around. I highly recommend you giving him a call.

Mold inspection done by Brandon (I.R.M.) Brandon with I.R.M. is absolutely amazing. He came over to do a mold inspection for me and ended up finding several leaks that lead to the mold. He was on time, super helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Finally, someone who is honest and trustworthy and didn’t charge any extra to find my leaks. I would highly recommend him for any of your home needs 😉.

Awesome Brandon Stewart is the best inspector I have ever dealt with. I had an issue with fungi/mold in my crawl space. He came to my house and conducted a thorough inspection. He is very knowledgeable about mold and many other areas. He cleared all issues very quickly and in a professional manner. He is a very honest person and displayed attention to detail to resolve my concerns. When I first met Mr. Stewart, I could tell he definitely knew what he’s doing.
