If you have a Raisin Account stay away. They won't accept the Raisin.ie screenshots or export and your mortgage application will get cancelled. They dont listen to reason either when you try to explain. Absolute time wasters.

Our experience has been nothing but brilliant. We had previously applied directly with a bank which was not only time consuming but also very cumbersome. The on-line portal is not only user-friendly but also a great way communicate and exchange all the documents.
