Went into get charging port cleaned since it is the only shop that was open on a friday morning- very nice people who got it sorted in 5 minutes at a very good price! would definitely recommend

A very bad screen was given. My macbook screen replacement cost me 250 pounds and gave me a very cheap quality screen, which broke again in 2 months. Not worth it would not recommend.

I would like to thank the guys at iRepair at the Finnieston Shop and big shout out to the technician who found the fault in my MacBook M1 Pro 2021. He managed to find the fault, that my charger tripped the circuit and left the MacBook powerless. I had previously taken the Mac to the Ishop in Buchanan Street, where they were wanting to replace the whole logic board and that would of meant losing everything on the computer. So, Im very happy and the charge for repair was under the half price that Apple quoted me and they sourced me a new charger! Cheers guys!

Took my 80yr+ mum in with her iPhone XR, which she’d spilled water on. Guy managed to get it up and running and offered advice. Offered to keep the phone to observe or we could take it away and follow the steps he advised - no pressure either way.
Apart from the advice, he spoke mostly to my mum (even though she’d little idea what he was talking about), acknowledging the fact it was her phone, and I think possibly because she was the senior in the group.
I’ve used this branch for as long as I can remember (10yrs+) after a recommendation and I don’t recall ever having a poor experience.
No one has ever been patronising or rude, or to the best of my knowledge suggested or pressurised to have repairs done.
I live at the other end of the city but if the good service continues, I’d have no hesitation in using or recommending.
