Professional, courteous, knowledgeable , efficient, - I could go on, but I'll get to the point. I chose this company after reading reviews, and I couldn't be happier! Starting with John, who gave me all the time I needed for my questions, and ending with the team of Diego, Robert and Cristian, who were an integral part of easing the stress of moving. Highly recommend!
Diego, Freddy and Camilo are AMAZING! Our move had all things - 26 years of stuff in the same home , kids, 4 floors moving to 3, last minute changes, not being totally packed when they arrived and 3 nervous pets (2 cats and a bird) that were scurrying (and flying) around. Nonetheless, these guys were efficient, accommodating and treated our items with care. Even with us being about an hour late meeting them at the new house, they still finished in the time quoted. I was particularly impressed how Diego would know where moving bags belonged even when we failed to label them. John, who does the scheduling, was equally amazing - friendly, thorough, accurate and willing to make a last minute date change. Thank you SOOO much guys! If I ever move again, my first call is to IPS!

I recently used IPS NYC Movers to move from my 3-bedroom apartment in NYC to a new house in North Carolina last month.
The booking process was straightforward, and the customer service team was very helpful and responsive when I had questions.
On moving day, the team of three movers arrived exactly on time. They were professional, friendly, and worked incredibly efficiently. They took great care in wrapping and handling all my belongings, especially fragile items. Not a single item was damaged during the entire process.
The final cost was very close to the initial quote I received, with no hidden fees, which I greatly appreciated.
Overall, they made a typically stressful process feel smooth and easy. I would highly recommend IPS NYC Movers to anyone looking for reliable and professional movers, and I would absolutely use their services again.

John was great at communicating the steps and procedure of the move. Things were scheduled very promptly. The movers came next day on time.
Diego and Freddy were the movers who are super efficient and helpful. They delivered the items to the corresponding rooms and took good care of my belongings.
Overall, it was a great experience and I’d highly recommend.

If you're a last-minute legend like me (aka professional procrastinator), then IPSNYC is the moving company you never knew you desperately needed.
I honestly can’t say enough great things about this company. I recently moved from a suite space into my very own salon, and the whole process was quick, easy, and super convenient, start to finish.
They handled my salon furniture with so much care. Everything was wrapped, moved, and transported with zero issues. I’m extremely picky (like...very), and not once did I have to tell them to be careful. They just knew what to do.
One of the best parts? They brought this bin that made it ridiculously easy to toss in all my loose bags and random items. No need to pack a million extra boxes. Total lifesaver!
And for an extra fee, they'll even haul away your garbage. Trust me, when you're moving under pressure, that add-on feels like hitting the jackpot.
They take care of everything from packing to unpacking so you’re not stuck doing all the heavy lifting. They have multiple options that takes the stress out of moving and gets the job done right.

This move was the first time we had utilized a moving service, and I was doing it from out of state. I requested several quotes from varied movers and had a difficult time getting any responses. John at IPS was not only responsive but also extremely helpful and upfront about costs and expenses. Starting with John to the end of the move it was a great experience. I need to shout out Brandon (foreman), who arrived early, and was friendly and professional. He was thorough with an explanation of possible extra costs BEFORE the move. Brandon and his team of Omar and Marco took such wonderful care of my daughter's things and were extremely respectful of her items. They were quick and efficient and extremely easy to work with. I would use them again in a heartbeat and sincerely feel great about recommending them.

I moved last week and I am so happy that I went with IPS Moving. From initial call with John to the actual move, everything went as smooth and as stress-free as moving can possibly be. My team, Brandon, Hans, Christian and Marcos, was so careful with my things and even rolled up my rug for me. I don't want to move again but I know who to reach out to if I do. Thanks guys!

Luis and his guys were extremely helpful, efficient, and courteous. They even arrived early as requested since I had to work the day of moving so I would definitely recommend!

Have nothing but good things to say about the service. From Peter setting things up on the phone to Brandon, Luis and Christian assisting with the actual move.
The service was efficient and QUICK. They handled everything with care during the process, as well as very personable to make sure the moving experience isn’t a headache.
Also, very reasonably priced, probably better, compared to the others in NYC.
Highly recommend you use their services!
