IPS never fails. If you need anything related to real estate, it's the right place to address. I used their services twice - once in Siem Reap and once in Phnom Penh - and both times it was the best service available in the market. My experience is that other agencies often just ignore you, or are unbelievably slow and unresponsive, which is not the case of IPS. They will guide you through the process smoothly, with all support needed. In the latest case I addressed them with a request to find a condo for rent, which was made flawlessly. Mary, my agent, was phenomenal. Despite the short notice, she was able to arrange an appointment for my daughter and I to view 4 apartments.
When we reached her office, she had already prepared a personalized information packet for us that outlined the specifications of each property that we'd be visiting. From there, she drove us, by company car, to each location. All of the properties were well within the budget range that we'd given her, so I really appreciated that.
After we had found one suitable for our needs, she did not stop there. She made sure to help us communicate with the landlord and our moving company over the next 2 months to ensure that our move went smoothly.
On my move-in date, she took it a step further by sharing some furniture stores with me and driving me back to her office so that I could check out one of the stores that was within walking distance of IPS.
Having previously moved several times across the globe, from the US, China, and Vietnam, Mary is definitely on my top 2 list of realtors!
