After meeting Richard for a coffee, I immediately appreciated his methodical, data-driven approach and his genuine can-do attitude. He took the time to understand our investment goals and the properties we already held interstate, while also constructively challenging our budget with sound logic and data around what was realistically achievable in different markets. Richard also shared insights from his own property portfolio, and his experience really shone through, particularly when discussing his purchases across different ownership structures. We gave Richard our brief and emphasised the urgency of securing an SMSF investment property before the rules changed, and we’re very glad we did!
