From the start to the end of the renovation process, i.Poise truly embodies creativity and professionalism on top of having an ID team that are good at what they do. Design artistry and expertise, project management and responsiveness are key elements that we look at when engaging an ID and throughout our entire renovation journey, i.Poise delivers on all fronts. Every stage of the renovation process (starting from design consultation to handover) was very coordinated and that shows the commitment and professionalism i.Poise brings. Additionally, i.Poise was also very accommodating to our many requests (whether it was meeting times or last minute design changes) as long its were within practicable means. We would like to give a big shoutout of thanks to Alicia, Eugene, Chelsea, Mark and Daniel for creating a beautiful home for my family! P.s. Besides having a great design team, i.Poise also has a very good project management team (and that is key to ensuring that designs come to life)!

What really stood out was their bold, creative approach — they weren’t afraid to suggest fresh, radical ideas that completely transformed the space. They often work at weekend or even late night to reply to my query promptly. They guided experienced carpenter, electrical and plumbing workers to finish the works at good quality. We just bought a very old apartment hence it is not easy for renovation with rotting pipes and tiles. We approached iPoise after we were impressed by their HDB transformation via YouTube. Indeed we made a right choice to work with iPoise summarized below: 1) Attention to details - Joel exuded confidence to rebuild our place in the first consultation. Subsequently, he designed our new home with all our ideas in which other design firms failed to remember or do it during the first presentation. 2) Design flexibility – We are quite conservative so it is a bit different than iPoise stylish and modern portfolios, but they were able to accommodate our needs and meet our preferences. In addition, we were able to make changes and decisions based on their 3D render which was pretty accurate. 3) Keep you in charge of the cost – Joel constantly updated the quotations so that we could decide which options to have design and/or material change in different stages and processes. iPoise also took initiative to reduce cost proportionally when we used only a bit less materials and/or work force. 4) Expert advice – Joel and Alicia always provided invaluable comments. When there were major issues for our place, they reacted and provided immediate assistance so that we had peace in mind that our place was in good hands. 5) Excellent after-sales service – this was a major re-built so some issues after hand-over would be inevitable. Our project manager, Chong, together with Joel and Alicia worked above and beyond to fix all the issues, regardless how minor it was. 6) Project delivered within timeframe – We planned to move in prior to Christmas. Although timeline was a bit tight but Alicia, Joel and Chong helped to prioritize the project hence all just in time. A big thank you to Joel and Alicia's team to rebuild our home!

We happened to come across i.Poise Design by chance whilst searching online for interior design ideas. All I can say is what a find! Working in collaboration with Alicia, Eugene, Fiona & Yiyao was such a positive experience. This team is the perfect combination of being professional, warm, creative and patient. Throughout the 4 months of reno works, the i.Poise team consistently provided excellent communication, injected fresh ideas and offered feedback which saw the creation of our space that harmonises functionality with aesthetics. Engaging iPoise to do our house renovation was the right choice! From start to finish, we didn't have to worry about the process of the work flow. Everything was done very well. A big shout out to our ID - Sisi Chen!! She is such a pleasant, hard working lady. Very meticulous. At every job point, she would reconfirm with us before proceeding the work. During the handover, she was very attentive in checking that all the workmanship was done well. Infact, she pointed out a few flaws (that we ourselves missed) and call the carpenters and painters to do the rectification. We were looking to renovate our (25years) 5 room HDB apartment and chanced upon IPoise while watching some you tube videos in hope for searching for interior designers. It didn’t take us a long time to decide to proceed with IPoise after a couple of meetings , and have to say that we are so happy with our newly renovated home. The timeline of 3 months were kept as scheduled, every step of the work were handled with detail and care. So thank you so much to the team! Alicia and her team, Eugene, May and Jake ensured every request was taken care of. We appreciate their advise as we went along with the works.. They have been professional, kind, patient and it was easy to communicate with each other. The wall paper works perfectly done, the carpentry, paintings,and overall reno works have been immaculate. I'm totally dumbfounded by the response to my first enquiry. Someone named Jasmin reached out to me via WhatsApp almost immediately after I wrote an email to request for contact. She asked questions about the scope of work required, size of my unit, etc., which were fair. However she added, "Just a little heads up that considering the listed scope of works as well as typical size of such a house, the renovation cost would be in a ballpark range of 70-80k and above, varying according to confirmed works. Would this be alright with you proceeding on?". These were her exact words. I'm not impressed by her reply at all and was given the feeling that it's not about whether I'm ok to proceed but if she is willing to proceed and spend time to prepare a quotation!? Isn't the first enquiry and consultation free without obligation? With the many good reviews online, I was having high hopes with i-Poise Design before but not anymore. What a turnoff.

Our family had previously renovated with iPoise for our first house in Simei and found their workmanship excellent and decided to engage them recently again last June in 2023 for our new house in Kembangan. We would like to thank the team for their work and being extremely responsible and on time. Shoutout to Alicia, Fiona and Lawson for making everything just what we wanted. The team was very helpful and gave us suggestions and opinions when picking our own furniture and lights and helped to resolve all of the problems timely and efficiently. They also managed to fix the protruding tile issues which my condo management was unable and unwilling to fix. This was really commendable because their skilful tiler only replaced the affected tiles without impacting the neighbouring tiles
