jet lag IV I landed in NYC after a 9-hour flight and had meetings the next morning. I tried the jet lag IV here the same afternoon I arrived. I was surprised I could even function the next day. No splitting headache, no zombie mode by 2pm. I still felt like I traveled, but it didn’t wreck my week. If you travel for work and can’t afford 3 dead days adjusting this actually helps.

Vitamin Infusion Stopped by for a vitamin infusion after a crazy week, just needed something to get me back on track. Didn’t expect much, but halfway through the drip I already felt more awake. Place looks clean, the vibe’s chill, music’s good, staff actually talk to you like a person, not a patient. Walked out feeling like I’d finally slept 10 hours straight. Not cheap, but totally worth it for how good I felt after. Will be back before my next trip for sure.

The owner here is absolutely lovely, and is the one administering the treatments. She's knowledgeable and passionate about the benefits of the various therapies offered, and is happy to discuss all aspects of wellness. The office is comfortable and friendly -- you can even relax on a massage chair while getting your IV administered (and you may even be offered a nice herbal tea to go along with your treatment). Some places like this are cold and corporate -- this is a true small business run by an expert provider. Highly recommended.

I've tried many services that Invita Wellness offers and let me tell you, this facility is the best! The prices are very reasonable, the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The place is clean. I've been doing cryotherapy and IV Drips and other services they provide here for a long time and I've tried doing it at other places, but there is no place like this in the entire city. Invita Wellness is and always will be the best. Definitely recommend .

Purchased a package of 5 and recently moved back to NY after relocating for a few years due to Covid. Tried to reactivate my account and was told my package had expired. Close to $300 and was unwilling to provide any type of alternative outside of your package has expired. Went once. Inessa the owner was unpleasant and has guaranteed I'll be going to one of the other cryo therapy establishments in NY!

I would honestly leave this place zero stars if I could. First off, the space is uninviting and feels like you're in some strange laboratory. Just had the most unpleasant and stressful experience with the female owner. I had issues redeeming my Groupon and instead of finding an equitable solution, she insists that I pay way above the Groupon price. I then asked a friend to purchase the Groupon so that I wouldn't have to pay an additional $60 for a service that lasted a total of 3 minutes. Ad I'm waiting on the voucher from my friend, the owner then tells me that she'll allow me to pay the Groupon price because it's not worth going back and forth for $40. At this point, I was left dumbfounded. As this woman literally made me run through hoops and then casually states that I can pay my original price when she said that I couldn't. Another thing is she was extremely condescending the entire time and kept suggesting that I had perhaps cancelled my order or asked for a refund and was now trying to redeem it. How insulting! The only silver lining of this entire experience was the receptionist who was very respectful and calm throughout the entire process and kept trying to find ways to help me redeem my Groupon. It's interesting how the receptionist had a greater sense of customer service than the actual owner. P.S. There are much nicer places and friendlier faces that offer IV Drips and

The worst experience either. I had an appointment at 5 p.m. I arrived at 4:50 pm and the temperature in the room was unbearable. the boss turned off the air conditioning because I was the last customer. the guy at the entrance asked me to undress and I waited 5 minutes in front of the machine before he informed me that it would not be possible because the machine's tank was empty! what kind of buisness is this? I ask for a refund which I was refused. 1 hour of transportation for nothing ...

Inessa, who owns and operate this practice, has been wonderful with her care to me for IV therapy as well as others, as I have witnessed. Her gentle touch and attentiveness has not gone unnoticed. There is a reason why her clients keep returning and her practice has grown over the years. Yes, IV therapy, in and of itself is great for various treatments, but what makes the difference is her service is A-1. You can see that Inessa's heart is in her practice. She not only believes in it, she has great bed-side manners, and her clients keep coming back. No wonder she is always busy. I have been to several IV therapy spots in the city and none compares to Advanced Cryo NYC. Thank you Inessa for your care. I wish you continued success in your practice.

My experience as a patient at Advanced Cryo NY /InVita Lounge has been incredible. I don't really write many reviews, but Inessa has been such an amazing individual to work with that I felt I had to here! Every time I step through the door, I feel so cared for and respected. During the pandemic, there have been extensive precautions taken to maintain the safety of each and every patient, and now it is one of the few places that I feel completely safe going to for my weekly treatments. Inessa takes my concerns with deep consideration, and is very willing to connect on a personal level to make me more comfortable through a stressful situation. I am impressed every time by the depth of her knowledge and her ability to explain her thought processes and actions to me so that I completely understand what I can expect and what it means. I feel so cared for as an individual, and I am very grateful for my experiences here. I cannot recommend Inessa or her practice enough!

Great Cryo place! Only one in the country with a full cryo chamber, so I was told by the owner. I am from Boston and was running the NYC marathon so I had a full Body Cryo and I also got an IV. I give them 4 stars because the prices were insane! I had no idea IV shots were that expensive. Some of them are almost $300. I wasn't prepared for that so I was shock. Would I have noticed the prices while selecting which IV shot I wanted I would not have gotten one. For the price I didn't notice a huge change to my marathon performance.

Had a blast here with Irene! My friend and I decided to try Cryo here after finding a groupon. We were a little nervous and didn't know what to expect but Irene was very accommodating and assured us we would be fine. She actually even went above and beyond to make this a fun experience for us! Clean robes and socks were provided for our use and there is a private room to change. The whole body Cryo lasted 3 minutes and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be! It didn't hurt and the cold is bearable. Felt like new humans after! :). Thanks Irene!

My girlfriend went here for cryotherapy and she had a very good experience there. Very clean and friendly and professional. I am very thankful to the owner of this place and the manager for one particular reason. My girlfriend lost her neckless last time she was there and realized that only in the evening. She called them and the next day the owner looked around herself and found it in the stairs outside. The owner called and she kept the neckless there until my girlfriend went and picked it up. Oh, it was a very precious neckless, btw. So for this alone, I would give them more stars if I could. And we will definetly go back again there.
