I ran into several red flags, guys. I spoke with the sales agent, Parth, today at 8:00 a.m. He made a lot of suspicious claims, and when I asked for proof he couldn’t provide any:

- He said they have built “100 plus” properties, yet he couldn’t give a list of any that are currently operating as rooming services or showing rental results.
- The whole pitch felt like a marketing gimmick.
- asking me to pay one of the subscriptions to verify the detail...wthat???? seriously
- started recording the video directly without any disclosure, and I realized at the end that the meeting was being recorded, which is seriously dangerous.
When I pressed for answers, he told me we weren’t meant for each other and abruptly ended the call. message from investor group and call from cash flow realestate not sure ...
Please be cautious when reading reviews. It’s hard to believe that every property‑market professional or real‑estate agent can consistently earn five‑star reviews, often, it’s just BS.

While acknowledging the above, the COO and the CEO still jumped on the second call with you to provide you a free strategy session to ensure we are providing value upfront. Even as part of that call, the discussion focused around what have you achieved and what you are planning to achieve. Thus we would also request all future business owners or people reading this review to stay clear of someone who doesn't respect other persons time, effort and ethics.
Lacks transparency and trustworthiness
The sales partner I interacted with was unprofessional and raised serious concerns. They couldn't provide clear answers to my questions, such as explaining compatibility issues. The lack of transparency felt suspicious and untrustworthy. I expected a more credible and reliable approach. Proceed with caution.

I found Moxin and his company via a facebook ad over a year ago. I did a zoom meeting with them and also a competing company. Moxin’s team had the same vision as I did, for how I wanted to approach burying something. I’d reached a point with investments, that I needed professionals, because it was a guessing emotional game up until that point. And I had no idea what I was doing.
From the get go, they were amazing and Moxin who is the owner of the company, was with me through the whole process, personally. He even personally handled the final stage of purchase, because my property searcher, took leave for his beautiful new born.
Moxin , with his can do impressive attitude, managed the buy with an extra saving of $10k off, that was previously agreed to, which was also at a bargain price.
He has a whole team, that handles everything from start to end.
Ritika was my point check handier and she was attentive to ensuring we stayed on top of the game.
Would l have bought in the area we did?? No. But they are the professional head hunters. They will find the areas they know will grow in growth, before most others do.
And their fee, is made back easily with the savings you get from the purchase price or the equity value, that will rise shortly after.
Mox is passionate, loyal and very much committed to the business he has created.
His team has accountants, property searchers , your own case handlers and others, to ensure a smooth process.
If you’re reading this and are still hesitant, DON’T BE.
Take the leap of faith, because you can trust that they will do their best to help and guide you, to the very best standards. And having Mox, personally involved, just makes it ever so much more heart warming and rewarding.

Firstly we cannot find you in the system. We take our appointments seriously and when people do not respond or confirm their appointments the system automatically cancels the appointment. This is because our free strategy call is actually a detail indepth strategy review and not just a sales call. Thus we only focus on people who are actually in the decision making zone.
Having said that, if you are a real person and not a competitor trying to attack our reviews, i am happy to setup another meeting which you can confirm and show up to.
IPG Found the Suburbs Before the Suburbs Found the Spotlight
Working with IP has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made — right up there with buying a house before checking property prices became a daily emotional rollercoaster.
Over the last two years, I bought a couple of properties through them, and the results have been incredible. The properties are up more than 60% on the purchase price, and the returns have been phenomenal. I’d love to take the credit, but let’s be honest — IPG did the heavy lifting.
What really impressed me was how smartly everything was structured. I didn’t have to put any cash from my own pocket, as the deposits were arranged through equity from my existing home. In simple terms, they helped my house get a second job — and it’s apparently better at investing than I am.
Their real niche, though, is knowing where to buy. IPG has a great ability to identify growth suburbs before everyone else catches on — the kind of places that make you say, “Wait, how did they know?” Their market knowledge, research, and timing have made a huge difference to the outcome.
Like any growing business, there is always room to improve. The support team is helpful and responsive, but at times their technical knowledge and consistency could be strengthened. That said, not everyone in an organisation can be a superstar — and the key people driving the strategy, advice, and outcomes have been excellent.
Beyond the numbers, the best part has been the people. They’re genuine, honest, approachable, and actually care. What started as an investment relationship has turned into a real friendship, which is rare — especially when money and property are involved.
I’m genuinely grateful for the guidance, strategy, support, and the occasional laugh along the way. If you’re serious about building wealth through property and want people in your corner who know what they’re doing, I’d happily recommend IPG.
