Elissa with Intrinsic Wellness was a great hire. She transformed my chaotic garage into a functional, organized space. What my wife and I appreciated most was her attitude—she’s incredibly supportive, never pressured us to get rid of things, and even took away our donations (and even the bulk trash) for us. It’s rare to find someone who is both this efficient and this pleasant to work with. If you need your home or office decluttered, she’s the one!

Elissa is such an amazing coach she coached me through my first ever cold plunge. 42 degrees for 2 minutes. She was right there by my side, teaching the right way to do a cold plunge through breath, work technique, and what exercises you should do after the cold plunge. I also had the opportunity this past weekend to attend her breath work and sound bath class. It was relaxing and calming is was so great at calming my stress levels. I will absolutely be back next month.

Elissa just finished organizing my garage (which was an absolute pit) and all I can say is WOW!! I can actually park now in my space AND find my things! I was a bit nervous to invite someone over to help me declutter, but Elissa made the process easy, and kind of fun! She never passed judgement if I wanted to keep something seemingly insignificant, and she even took what I didn’t want to a donation center for me! She also showed up on time and with a warm smile, which made this daunting process a lot less painful. Elissa came to our office recently and led a breath work class with some of our patients and we loved it! I had never formally done a class like that before but was so impressed by her. She is such a calming person to learn from, not to mention a wonderful human. I loved the class and heard by several of our patients afterwards that they loved getting to be a part of it. One of our patients even told us that he was able to apply some of the breathing techniques the following week at a doctors appointment and it really helped him to stay calm and relaxed. 10/10 would recommend working with Elissa!

Great experience with Elissa! I had been searching for a cold tub, sauna, red light and general biohacking experience to reset my body clear my mind. I was in need of some refocusing. Elissa guided me through a few different experiences, including the coldest cold plunge I’ve ever done. I came out of our session feeling reenergized and refocused. Would highly recommend!

OK. I was dubious as I am with most things. Holy cow. What a cool experience working with Elissa. We did compression therapy, sauna with red light therapy, a cold plunge (eeek) and finished it off with some electrotherapy (I think). This is some alternative stuff folks. But is traditional American medicine really helping you guys out that much? I truly hope you guys give Elissa a try, she's an amazing and beautiful person.
