New Boiler (BR5) Intersmooth Developments recently fitted a new boiler for me. They communicated well regarding my requirements, engineers were polite, punctual & explained the whole process. The work was completed in a timely manner, professional and left the area clean and tidy.

I contacted Intersmooth in the morning as my tenant informed me that the bath water was not draining away and all attempts to remove the blockage of hair etc had proved unsuccessful. The blockage was within pipework that runs under the flat roof of the shop below the property, so not that straightforward to remove without the correct professional equipment, which of course they had. The job was completed within several hours of my initial call, the area was left spotless and I was kept in the loop throughout. The communication including explanation was clear, all round very efficient, would highly recommend

Water Leak (DA5) Answered my phone call and spent time to explain options. This was followed up with a same day site visit followed by a quote for the work next day. The work was carried out a couple of days later using gas to detect the leak. This seems to have corrected a loose valve as now, no water leak. We have been monitoring the meter and all seems well so far. Will definitely use this company again should we need a plumber in the future.

New boiler (DA1) Intersmooth arrived Friday morning at 7.30am as quoted. They removed our old boiler and fitted a new one. Was a little more complicated than first thought as new pipes etc outside the house were needed as old boiler was 20 years old … Gary , Sam and Lenny were totally professional in their work and when finished tidied and cleaned up absolutely spotless like they had never been there. Would highly recommend for any plumbing needs

Having moved into a new build property 10 years ago, we have had continuous problems with our boiler. We had to constantly top our pressure up and we never could fully heat our house up as you would have expected to for a new build. We have had a leak that no one has been able to find or fix and we had a constant running toilet. We contacted Intersmooth and straight away they resolved our problem and serviced the Boiler. My heating broke in the xmas holiday, I called inter smooth at 6pm. They came out 1 hour later. (BR2) All workers were really friendly, and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend inter smooth, as they are professional, reliable and their prices are reasonable.
