I hired Internet Creation to help me relaunch my blog in January 2024. Suzi Hood is fantastic and after just two meetings came up with a website design concept that I liked and has received compliments from my readers. The website has been built to help non-techie like myself to navigate easily and has great plug-ins like Yoast SEO. The customer service is great and Ian Paltiel is hands-on and quick to resolve issues. Great value for money!
My experience has been a very positive one for several reasons. Ian listened and took on board exactly what I was looking for in terms of the design of my website and the ease of accessibility for customers. I wanted a clean, classic look which was not overcrowded or gimmicky. A consistent look with the same colours used for every part of my package was also fundamental to the image that I wished to create. This was achieved by Suzi who took photos of myself and incorporated in business cards and review postcards. Nothing was too much trouble and the company was very patient with my lack of expertise in IT and social media. I suspect that I am not their usual customer. Having worked all my life in the public sector, setting up as a sole trader in a highly competitive field in Edinburgh is a new and exciting, if somewhat daunting, experience.
