I recently had surgery in NJ for my Endo. Second time in less than 6 months which I cannot believe still. Disease was left in me after my first surgery(Common for endo patients). When I got to the hospital at the time told, I learned I was told the wrong time by the nurse and from there everything went fast to get me in. It caused a state of panic in me, fearing the appropriate time would no longer be possible for my surgery. Dr B was a calming presence and assured me that they will still have enough time. In post op, I had many questions(Im very inquisitive about my diagnosis, what happened during surgery and I like to learn about how to tackle endo as Im often reading medical journals on it) Dr B came to my room after surgery and took the time to make sure I felt ok, assuring me I didnt have to leave the hospital until I felt well enough. This was a huge relief because I came from out of state for this surgery. I appreciate her taking the time to try to calm me down and not make me feel like just a number. Its been a really tough year but I made my mind up, this was my last surgery. Her compassion helped a lot.

I had best experience with Dr. Bagaria, She is very knowledgeable and passionate about the work she does also very down to earth, When I first found out I had endometrioma and went to her for consultation, she made me aware that it could be just part of endometriosis and about how this disease is and how it could be spreading across my body, it felt like I was acknowledged about my pain and all symptoms. After this I had excision surgery with her, which with her expertise they found I had extensive disease and spread out to my bowel and bladder parts which were also taken care by her. I feel like I am blessed, that I found her to help me with this. Will be forever grateful to her.🙏♥️

Today I had my very first video call with Dr. Bagaria and even just meeting with her and speaking with her for that short time has already changed my life. I felt cared for and listened to for the first time in 30 years. She listened to everything I had to say and she was so attentive and made me feel so comfortable. I felt like a human that actually mattered. I accomplished more in my endometriosis journey with Dr. Bagaria in 15 minutes than I have in my combined experience with doctors since 1995. I feel completely at ease with Dr. Bagaria and I’m so incredibly fortunate and thankful that I’ve found doctors that truly, truly care and when the time for surgery comes I have complete trust that I’m in the best hands I could possibly be in. Thank you so much, Dr. Bagaria

If you are looking for both an expert surgeon who has the ability to handle an extremely complex case involving advanced endometriosis which is affecting the pelvis, bowl, uterus, bladder, liver, and diaphragm please reach out to Dr. Bagaria. Not only is she an excellent surgeon but she goes above and beyond to give incredible care. Most importantly, she is so down to earth, kind, caring, empathetic and sees you as a woman and Mom. I am so thankful to have her as one of my surgeons for the 2nd excision surgery including Dr. Vidali and Dr. Ruccia. They are confident that they removed all of the disease which was both debilitating and extremely painful.

My first meeting with Dr. Bagaria and Dr. Vidali was a genuine eye-opener, after many ups and downs with EIN diagnosis and infertility treatments. For years, I accepted issues like heavy bleeding, anemia, and weight struggles, thinking they were 'just my normal' or something I had to live with. In addition to these issues, I had other complicated diagnoses which also had no other explanation than that 'your body is just that way or it produces more estrogen,' which was given as the reason for the current issues. But Dr. B and Dr. V showed me that no symptom is too small to pay attention to. They helped me realize that those very things I was pushing aside were actually huge, neon signs telling me something wasn't right. Dr. Bagaria, I can't thank you enough for the truly personal and comforting care you gave me. Knowing you took on my case—with silent endometriosis and adenomyosis—made it immediately less scary. Even with my countless questions, you didn't just hear me; you truly listened and patiently validated my struggle. Thank you for always making me feel understood. I am so deeply relieved and grateful to have you as a trusted guide on this journey.

I have been suffering with endometriosis since 11 years old. Officially diagnosed with stage 4 endo at 20. I have seen dozens of doctors, have had multiple surgeries but never had much relief. 15yrs later I came across ESSI and Dr. Bagaria. I was connected and had a consultation very quickly. She listened to me and my partner speak about my history my symptoms and not once was I told "that's too rare" or "it's all in your head". I had been searching for someone to trust me when I said I felt it in my bowles and diaphragm, that my chest pain was real and excruciating. My surgery was scheduled for the following week. So much was removed, it was the longest and most extensive surgery I ever had. Better yet, I was right. She found everything, the team she worked with found it all and got it out. They saved my life. I am 7 weeks post op and haven't been at this pain level for for 20 yrs. I have lived my life at a 7 on a normal day, since working with her I'm at a 2! She connected me with a wonderful pelvic floor PT, who is local to me and I couldn't be more grateful. She checks on me consistently and I truly cannot believe I was this lucky. If you have the chance become her patient and listen to her medical expertise. It'll change your entire life for the better.

Dr. Bagaria quite literally saved my life and opened my eyes to a deeper understanding of endometriosis, how it manifests throughout the body, and how profoundly it can affect one’s health. I had been struggling with critical concerns around inflammation, mobility, and persistent, debilitating pain. Through her expertise, she performed my surgery, and since then the issues that once defined my daily life have been resolved. Beyond her surgical skill, Dr. Bagaria offers extraordinary bedside care, extending compassion, clarity, and accessibility whenever questions or concerns arise. Her dedication has not only restored my health but also given me a renewed sense of possibility in life. Thank you Dr. Bagaria!

I’ve got nothing but love for Dr. Bagaria, her administrative team, and ESSI as a whole. I will be 8 weeks post op in just a few days and she has listened, guided, helped, supported— always responds quickly and checks in consistently. I’m hoping, dreaming, and praying for zero recurrence but I know where to go if my Endo ever comes back (or Adeno becomes problematic)!

Dr. Bagaria and Dr Vidali as well as the rest of the team are amazing. I dont even know where to start, but let me tell you this in a nutshell: I met Dr Bagaria at my first consultation with Dr Vidali and I noticed her very zen, sincerely interested and warm attitude. She really cares and she has a certain sensivity in her way of interaction which is very rare amongst doctors - especially surgeons! She also did my post-OP follow up and I always felt listened to and cared for. What I also love is that the doctors never give up: if there is a symptom that persists, we continue - as a patient/doctor team to find the solution, no matter how hard it is. Dr Bagaria had a beautiful metaphor for the complex condition we are dealing with: its like peeling the layers of an onion one by one, to get to healing and the roots of things.“ I am grateful that this team has helped me to peel of several onion layers in a very short time. Following the consult I had my surgery with Vidali and his team in Jersey which was a long wait but otherwise went smoothly. Their wide ranging engagement in advocacy (I highly recommend anyone to follow Dr Vidalis and Dr Bagarias social media channels) and ongoing research is exceptional. From my painful experience, you have to find one of those rare medical providers that is medically and intellectually curious while caring for you as a human being and not only advancing his/her career or - for worse - just become lazy. Dr Bagaria together with Dr Vidali and his team are the rare gems that go the extra mile. Furthermore: - if you have been misdiagnosed, gaslit, and mistreated for endometriosis, Adenomyosis, related infertility and all that pain that comes with it, this team is for you. The docs have an eagle eye for pelvic and endo related conditions that many surgeons and ob gyns dont even know about. In my case they were immediately, in an instant seeing a severe condition which is relatively easy to treat and which was overlooked by others. - They work with a team of other excellent surgeons (Dr Ceccaroni in Italy) and pelvic PTs who are equally engaged and dont miss a bit when you are in treatment - for me personally the experience with the support team - also post surgery - was great - via email and calls we managed to solve any immediate post-surgery questions and symptoms. I know that taking the step to seek help with an out of network provider is tough - and it shouldn’t be tough. But if you have suffered and - in worse case - been butchered by incompetent doctors, you need someone who really is on the wave of knowledge. This team will help you.

As someone who struggled with endometriosis my whole life without a name for what I was experiencing, I was diagnosed 13 years ago through surgery. After 2 endo excision surgeries years apart, I still found myself so uncomfortable on a daily basis. I was struggling with awful pelvic pain and pressure every day, and I had no idea why I had no relief given that the surgeries were successful and all the endo was removed. I found Dr. Bagaria who suggested that I might benefit from botox injections to relieve what she believed was muscle spasms from damaged muscles and nerve dysfunction in my pelvic floor as a result of the years of untreated endo. When I met Dr. Bagaria, I was extremely upset because I could not understand why I was in so much pain if all the endo had been removed. She listened to me and knew that I was extremely upset and nervous because I did not know what to do to fix the pelvic pain I was experiencing daily. After truly listening to me and understanding my fears and pain, she suggested that botox injections might calm the muscle spasms and in turn, relieve the awful discomfort I had daily. Dr. Bagaria suggested I make an appointment to have the botox injections within 2 weeks of my visit with her. She laid everything out for me in an easy to understand way. She was so kind and understanding, and willing to listen to everything I had to tell her. She immediately put me at ease, which calmed me down and made me feel like there was hope and an answer to eliminating my chronic pain and discomfort. I went from feeling extremely nervous to being hopeful that Dr. Bagaria could help fix what was wrong. The day of my surgery she came in to see me and I was so nervous that the botox might not work, given that I have been through so many procedures that have failed on me in the past. She went over everything with me and standing in the room with me she said, "I see you, and I understand that you are nervous about this procedure being successful, but I am here for you and we are going to be hopeful that this procedure will work." I felt in that moment that even if the procedure did not work well, Dr. Bagaria would help me figure out a next step forward and would not leave me in my pain and discomfort without help as so many others have on my journey with this disease. After my procedure, she spoke with me and was so kind and comforting when she came to see me. She called me the next morning to see how I was doing, and told me she would call a few days later to check on how well it was going, but if at any point I was not comfortable or needed her for any reason, she told me to call her right away. She was always accessible, and she has held an open line of communication with my pelvic floor therapist and my pain management doctor which has created an incredible environment for me to heal in. She has created a team for me in a way, that openly communicates toward helping me heal and stay feeling better. Approximately 6 weeks post procedure, I have had a good amount of relief from the injections, but am still feeling a little discomfort. My pelvic floor therapist contacted Dr. Bagaria who called me right away to see how I was doing and discuss another procedure for botox injections to further relieve the discomfort I was still experiencing. I was so happy to hear from her because I never expected her to reach out to me! She is an amazingly caring, attentive, and kind doctor who truly understands the pain and suffering of endometriosis. She goes to great lengths to take care of her patients. I feel so blessed that I have found Dr. Bagaria! I truly feel as though I finally have someone in my corner to help me, and that I do not have to be afraid that I am on my own to figure out what to do next to help myself find comfort with this disease. I truly cannot thank her enough for what she has done for me and for how much calmer she has made me feel, and I cannot recommend her enough for anyone who is suffering with this disease and needs a kind and highly skilled doctor to help them through!

Dr. Bagaria was the first doctor to listen to my symptoms. Prior going to see her I had gone to 4 gynecologists that didn’t take my symptoms serious. My first appointment with Dr. Bagaria lasted about 2hrs. That proved to me that she took her time to actually listen to what I was feeling and checked me thoroughly to see if my symptoms lined up to endometriosis which it did. I had laparoscopic surgery which confirmed my endometriosis with Dr. Bagaria and my whole experience was excellent. She was thoughtful to always check in after the surgery and make sure I was comfortable. She’s very considerate and compassionate which speaks volumes. I highly recommend her to those suffering with endometriosis as she’s very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had the best experience with Dr. Bagaria from beginning to end. She is so accurate, smart, efficient and expert in everything she does! The first time I met her she spent a lot of time with me; she explained everything in details and answered all my questions thoroughly. She made me feel so comfortable and showed genuine concern. It’s very rare to find a doctor like her. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor.

I am 5 months post excision surgery and wanted to share my wonderful experience with Dr Bagaria. I initially had a phone consultation with Dr Bagaria where I explained all my symptoms and she listened and completely validated what I was feeling. At my first appointment she took the time to listen and to ask thorough questions, review my MRI with me and discuss my options in depth… giving me the time and choice to decide what I was comfortable moving forward with. She was available for phone calls to answer any questions and concerns leading up to surgery, even calling me the day before to check in! The day of surgery she was calm and confident which in turn helped me feel the same. As nervous as I was, I knew I was in good hands. Her continued care post surgery has also been greatly appreciated. Dr. Bagaria is not only an exceptional surgeon but such a kind and caring person. It has now been 5 months since my surgery and I am beyond thankful to be able to say the quality of my life has overwhelmingly improved. My cycles are completely pain free and no longer heavy, and other symptoms that I was having (that I didn’t even know were related to the endometriosis) have also resolved. As Dr Bagaria says it is a “leap of faith” to have the surgery, but it was the best leap of faith I ever took! Forever grateful for Dr. Bagaria and her team!

Dr. Bagaria is very warm, kind, and empathetic. She spent a lot of time with us. She asked very detailed questions about my teenage daughter's medical history. She did not push surgery. She recommended several alternatives to try before even considering surgery.

Dr. Bagaria is very attentive during her appointments with patients. She really takes the time to answer questions and to review your past imaging/studies which is incredibly important as I've experienced through the years that doctors don't really give women's pelvic health very seriously. I have never had a doctor review my imaging with me before Dr. Bagaria. I would definitely recommend Dr. Begaria to anyone that is seeking help for their pelvic issues.

Where do I begin! After 9 years of chronic pain, including pain while urinating, pain during intercourse, pain during ovulation/menstruation, bloating and abdominal discomfort (you name it, I felt it) — and a whole lot of different specialist in between, I found Dr. Bagaria! I cannot even begin to express how thankful I am that I found her, she truly saved my life! Before seeing Dr. Bagaria, my previous doctors always dismissed the conversation of endometriosis. My first appointment with Dr. Bagaria, we spoke about everything I have been experiencing the decade and she created the most comfortable environment for me to express everything that I was going through which is very emotional as a woman. Dr. Bagaria suggested that what I was experiencing sounded like there was potential endometriosis present & gave me the option of endo excision surgery. She broke down all of the information of what the surgery entails. Her recommendation was for me to do the surgery but by no means was it forced — Dr. Bagaria made sure I was complete comfortable no matter the path I wanted to choose. Turns out, I made the decision to go through with the endo excision surgery! I’m EXTREMELY thankful for me making the decision to do the surgery with the absolute best surgeon & team out there! Not only did I have a ton of endo removed but I had another unique issue going on from a previous surgery in 2015, which Dr. Bagarias team was able to catch and fix! I am now going on week 7 of post op & I can’t even put into words how great I am feeling. I am working with Dr. Bagaria and her colleagues to make sure my recovery goes smooth and I am back to a higher quality of life. My post surgery treatment is pelvic floor therapy and PRM injections & im feeling awesome! If you are experiencing any of the same issues I laid out, I highly recommend reaching out to Dr. Bagaria for a consultation. She’s so kind, patient, caring and knowledgable!!!

I have been suffering with pelvic, back and leg pain for 2+ years. After seeing my previous OBGYN and being diagnosed with Endometriosis and nothing more was discussed. I knew I needed a second opinion. I did some research and found Dr. Bagaria. She reached back out to me and scheduled a an consultation over a video call. She spent the time asking questions and letting me explain all my symptoms. After we scheduled a Pelvic MRI prior to my first visit because I lived 2.5 hours away. Once the results came in, we made my in office visit in Englewood, NJ to review the scan and our opitions for treatment. I was very apprehensive to make the drive by myself but immediately when I arrived to the office the staff was so nice. The office and waiting space was warm, inviting and clean. The staff was great. Schedule procedures were smooth. I recommend no matter how far you need to travel DO IT! I promise you won't be disappointed. Michelle was fantastic at the front desk. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful with scheduling additional appointments. Lisa Carey - Little Egg Harbor, NJ

I've been struggling for almost a year now going back and forth with doctors trying to describe my symptoms. Her vast knowledge is incredible and I highly recommend anyone and everyone should see her.
