I have been really impressed by the whole experience with Integrum, especially their engineer Michael.
From the very start of the process their communication with regards to the appointment (date setting, SMS notifications and live tracking of engineer) has been really clear and then when he arrived on time Michael was highly professional and immediately empathised with our 'rodent' experience. His presence was reassuring and his whole approach top class. I'm really glad our insurance company has used Integrum as it's service provider and I would recommend their service to others.
