I reached out to Steven and Michelle through a referral during an extremely scary time for our family. Steven immediately arranged an aide for overnight care in the hospital for my father, and communicated throughout the week to check in on how things were going. If I happened to reach out to Steven and he was not available, I would hear from Michelle shortly after. The team goes above and beyond to make sure things are going smoothly. The aides that we connected with were wonderful, and left us feeling like our dad was in good hands when we were unable to be with him. We are so grateful for Integrity Home Care, and the above and beyond service and communication they provided.

I can't describe what a comfort it was during a difficult, stressful time, to make a call, describe my situation and have someone - Michelle- say 'I can help you with that and yes we can provide what you need." The staff of IHC, both admin and patient care was exceptional. Daniel (and Caesar and Betty) gave my father exemplary care and I am eternally grateful.

I have been using Integrity Home Care from August 2022- April 2025 to care for my 90 year old mother. I highly recommend Integrity if you are looking for top quality caregiver services for your loved ones. The agency is professional, very responsive and was able to give me incredible caregivers for my mother. She started off needing a companion who would help her with basic needs and eventually needed much higher level care . The caregivers were able to adjust to my mother’s increasing needs. The caregivers were kind, excellent caregivers and extremely reliable. I live 45 minutes away from my mother and having the support that Integrity has given me has been really critical to my mothers’ health and my peace of mind. If one of the caregivers was sick or took vacation, they were able to get good coverage. I have had to move my mother to assisted living recently and the caregivers were really helpful getting my mother prepared for the transition. Thanks to Michelle, Hailey and the team at Integrity for all your help over the years.

I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the services provided by Integrity Home Care. From the moment we reached out to inquire about home health aide services, the staff was incredibly professional, compassionate, and understanding. The entire process, from the initial consultation to arranging the caregiver, was seamless and stress-free. The aide is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also warm, friendly, and genuinely cares about my mother-in-law's well-being. My mother-in-law looks forward to her visits, and it's a relief knowing she's in such capable hands. The communication from the agency has been excellent, too. Any time we had a question or needed to adjust schedules, Hailey was quick to respond and always accommodating. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that my mother-in-law's needs are met, both physically and emotionally. The agency's services have given our family peace of mind, knowing that my mother-in-law is receiving the best possible care in the comfort of her own home. I can’t recommend Integrity more strongly. They are not the first home care agency I used, but they are the only one I’d use moving forward. Steve, the owner, took a personal interest in helping ensure the best possible care for my dad, and all interactions with all staff were efficient, competent, and empathetic. Most importantly, Daniel, my dad’s aide, lived with him for 6+ months after my mom’s passing and literally brought him back to life. He’s in the best shape he’s been in years & will now be living independently again, thanks to Daniel.

I used Integrity homecare for my cousin as bedside companions while she was in rehab and live in services once home. Steve and Michelle were amazing. They set up an aide that next morning and were on top of everything. There was constatant communication from them and I felt like we were a team for my cousin. It gave me such great peace of mind knowing they were there. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

We used Integrity when our dad had mobility issues after radiation. Simone came and lived with him, 24/7, and we could not have been luckier. She was so good with him, took such good care of him. She was even there during the entire pandemic and he NEVER got Covid. As time passed, he developed dementia, and suffered terrible delusions. Simone dealt with all of it, and cared for him as if he were her own parent. Simone was with our dad for 5 years, until the day he passed, in July. She was always attentive, kind, and happy to take care of him. We truly could not be any happier with the care he received, and the respect we got from Integrity.

We found Integrity by accident- my mother-in-law Linda lives with my wife and I, and needs 24/7 supervision. Last February, my mother passed away and we needed someone to watch Linda while we attended funeral service, wake, etc. My wife called Integrity pretty much at random, and it turned out to be one of the best things to happen to us in a while. Since we used the service last February, we've used them many times- it has allowed us to go out again, go to movies, dine out- all the things we've been unable to do due to Linda needing constant supervision. When we leave Linda with someone from Integrity, we know she will be safe and comfortable. The aides are warm, friendly, and treat Linda like family. They make sure she eats her meals, and if we're staying out late, that she's ready for bed when we get home. I want to especially mention 2 aides- Jeanine and Anne- who are just amazing. I can't recommend this company highly enough; it has allowed us to have a life again. Being a 24/7 caregiver is extremely difficult, and Integrity has made it much easier.
