We bought a used car to send to college with our son and wanted to be sure it was safe & ready for him. Integrity did a fantastic job of thoroughly inspecting the vehicle, fixing what was needed and giving us an idea of what might need to be done soon. They are not only good at what they do, but also good people - honest and trustworthy. We will bring our vehicle here for all our service needs.
I had a great experience here a couple weeks ago: I'd asked the Integrity team to replace a couple tire valve stems in hopes of addressing some slow leaks. Valves were replaced. I noticed the leak continued in a tire. I brought the car back: "Hey, I know I asked you to do this other thing, but the leak is still happening, can you see if you can find it?"
Not only did they find it (a problem which has stumped other tire shops), but fixed it and THEN said I didn't owe anything since it was a follow-up service to something else I'd just had done.
I figured it was a separate service call and would have pushed money at them if they'd taken it, but they refused. And they fixed a VERY annoying problem.
Oh and this was done 2 hours after I dropped it off.
These guys stand by their work and have pride in it. I was impressed and they made a fan of me.
Well first they could improve their pricing and service. Came in and was automatically turned down due to lack of availability to perform work in an efficient manner. I thought about the wait but decided to ask about the price for a transmission swap. 8,000 dollars and refused to allow me to purchase a refurbished one from outsourcing. I called him out on it. 8,000 I could buy a used car for that price. It was clear as day he either didn’t want to do it or was trying to straight bend me over. I don’t recommend if this is his business practices. People deserve better treatment.
How many auto parts and repair places will you go where they will tell you that you don't need something??
Integrity continues to show the truthful description of their name.
Twice now I've gone in for what I thought was going to be a big repair only to be told by JR and team that this is easily fixed or unnecessary to do.
It warms my heart to know that while lots of repair places have a reputation for being fraudulent and advantageous, Integrity will not make unnecessary fixes. They truly treat your vehicle as if it's their own.
I am confident in their competency, their expeditious nature and most importantly, that they are worthy of their name.
Other auto shop quote: $770 Integrity: $390. Recommended to my friend who I knew got over priced at $660 and Integrity quoted her at $350. It’s amazing how other auto shops try to get SO much money out of their customers. Integrity truly lives up to its name. Never had any issues here.
