We've also then engaged them for our subsequent purchase and securing of a rental unit. They were always upbeat and enthusiastic throughout all the viewings and appointments too, and were very proactive in helping us find our new home.
They gave us a peace of mind, in an otherwise stressful period, to which we are very grateful for.

Great smooth experience working with Felicia Cai and Cheryl Loh to purchase my first property. As a first time buyer, I wanted enough comfort that I had considered different options to stay and / or invest. They were proactive and patient to explore alternatives and were helpful to highlight key considerations so that I was fully aware before making the decision.
Given that PLB has a different type of structure and approach compared to other agencies, I doubt other more independent agents have the resources and scale to have helped me come to a decision within less than a month. Notwithstanding, it would still be on the buyer to set out clear priorities and preferences to drive the search process.

George and Tabitha have been super prompt in response to our queries from the very beginning of our selling/buying journey. George was patient and professional in advising us on our options and the best way forward to suit our wants and needs based on our financials. He is very well versed in the property market and has advised us in every step of the way, even nudging us for a last minute potential opportunity late at night 🤣.
Tabby has patiently brought us to many viewings, very accommodating to our requests. She does not push us to offer for the sake of closing a deal, but many times advising us against a potentially bad investment. Even after acceptance of offer, they have actively followed up with us all the way until completion. We can always count on them for detailed explanations and answers.

I had the pleasure of working with Celest and Angela on two separate rentals. They were timely, proactive, and incredibly easy to work with from the get go. For me, what stood out most was how knowledgeable and professional they were.
They have good general property market knowledge and I felt they were very current, active and out and about on the ground - well positioned to advise on the pulse of the market.
In addition, they were both very professional and skilled communicators.
For one property, they went the extra mile in helping me resolve an upper floor water leak and consequential issues. This required coordinating with the MCST and keeping communication smooth between all parties, they handled this with clarity and professionalism. Despite the unforeseen leak potentially upending the entire tenancy, through their adept management of the situation, my tenant was only slightly affected by a later starting date of a few days. At worst, I could have been forced to find a new tenant from scratch as a landlord, but through their proactiveness and strong communication skills we were able to address the issue to the satisfaction of all parties.
For another property, Celest and Angela were able to put together all documentation checks and negotiations within a very expedited timeline. A prospective tenant provided a very attractive offer albeit with a very close start date. They worked with the offeror to clarify all necessary details and within days the tenancy was signed.
I’m very grateful for their support and would quite gladly work with them again over other agents. The level of professionalism they exhibit entirely outclasses various other agents which I have worked with before.
